It's been five days ago since my V-card got lost. The next day, I told it to Ria and as what I'm expected reaction of her, happened. She's surprise of course, who wouldn't. But whole of her reaction is just making my head shook, she's obviously happy with it. Ang bruha, sa mainit na balita kong dala ay nawala agad ang tampo gawa ng pagsulpot ko ng super late.

Hindi siya tumigil hangga't hindi ko naikukuwento ang buong nangyari.

Good thing our boss is kind and understanding. He didn't scolded me but he reminded me what I supposed to do the next time. Buti nalang din pinayagan n'ya kaming magday off ni Ria. But I am sorry, really. Because It's not my intention to went out late for work, I just really don't remember the time of work everytime I fell asleep, especially when a lot of things happened. I don't know what's wrong with me either.

After I took a bath, I called Ria. She told me she's already on the way. I walked towards my closet to get the gown Kiel brought here earlier. He brought Ria's gown, too. Kinuha na ni Ria ang kaniya kagabi. It's a royal blue silk with slit, very much paired with my cream sandals.

Ayoko sanang pumunta but something urging me to go. Sa totoo lang, kulang na kulang pa ako sa tulog. Hapit ang schedule, binali ko din ang sinabi kong kung hectic, hindi nalang ako pupunta. From day at work then, daily visit to my sister and then after that, night at the bar. Seriously? I'm exhausted already but I don't know what's I'm up, too. I just feel like I supposedly to be there. Isa pa, may invitation naman kami so hindi mapagkakamalang gate crasher.

Isinuot ko na ang gown. Hindi naman ako nahirapan dahil stretchable naman ang tela. It has a V-cut at the back, exposing my bare back. I kinda likes it though I think Ria loves it more. Isinuot ko na rin ang mga alahas na galing drawer na hindi ko naman na masyadong naisusuot. Tanging earrings, bracelet at 30 karat necklace with a heart shape pendant. Naiilang nga ako at parang gusto ko nalang hubarin lahat ng iyon. Kung hindi lang sinabi ni Mommy.

Sa kaniya kasi ang lahat ng mga iyon. Lahat naman kasi ay kanila. Wala akong matawag na akin, iyong ilang mga damit at sandals na ang iba ay bigay pa ni Ria at Laurence, isang handbag na binili ko lang sa mall tapos mga dati kong libro na ang iba ay regalo pa sa akin nina Manang Edna at sister Ada. Ang mga iyon lang ang matatawag kong sa 'kin, ang lahat ng magagarbong meron ako, sa kila Mommy na---I mean, kay Tito Miguel mismo nanggaling.

Ako na din ang nag-ayos sa sarili ko. I applied a little amount of foundation since my face doesn't really gets oily that fast. I put concealer also, para sa eyebags kong malulusog na. Then a cheek blush. Pinantay ko rin ang mga kilay ko, not totally too arch, fair lang. I picked the nude suede shade of lipstick. At lahat ng ito, natutunan ko wala nang iba, kay Ria.

Ayokong masyadong umasa o dumepende sa kanila dahil may sarili naman akong mga paa at kamay. It's just that, the more I defend myself to anyone, the more I get attached to their presence to the point that whenever they're not around, I feel like I don't have a power to stand by myself because I don't know and I can't.

Nangyari na iyon dati at ayoko nang maulit pa.

I heard Mommy's voice downstairs. I took my clutch and glance at the mirror once more before marching downstairs. I saw my mother and Tito Miguel sitting on the sofa while holding coffee, my eyes widened a bit when there's Ria too. My bestfriend waved at me and surveyed my body teasingly. I shook my head and walked towards them. I gave Mommy a peck, ganoon din si Tito.

Naunang lumabas si Ria, susunod na sana ako pero tinawag ako ni Mom. I gestured Ria na susunod ako, she stayed there on my car. I came back to mom. She surveyed my whole appearance, tinaasan niya ako ng kilay.
