Before the F1 season could start, all drivers had to do stay at home for 14 days, in quarantine. You, as Charles girlfiend who was living in his appartment in Monaco had to comply with these regulations, too. So you tried to make the best out of the two weeks. Thankfully, Charles had a small garden so he could also train a bit outside and you were preparing lunch as he had finished the workout.

"What did you cook, (Y/N)?" he asked while kissing your forehead. He knew that you loved to try out new meals so it wasn't a surprise that you came up with a new cooking. "I tried out something new, I hope you like it. It's called 'Chicken Biryani' and it includes chicken of course and rice and many Indian spices. I really hope it tastes well..." You both sat down and Charles couldn't wait to try the meal. You could see the surprise in his face as he was eating a bit. "Wow, this is one of the best meals ever! It tastes fantastic, you should do this more often! Awesome to call such a great cook my girlfriend!" You had to laugh how fascinated he was and you could just agree. It was tasting really really good.

After lunch, Charles decided to play F1 with some friends, including Lando and Alex. You knew that this would take hours so you took a nap on the sofa. As you woke up, Charles was still playing and you could hear loud screams and laughing from his streaming room. You could just shake your head, he was sounding like a small boy when he was complaining about not being first. As far as you could understand, Alex was first and while trying to overtake him, he crashed and spun and Alex could continue his race. Charles was frustrated like always when he wasn't leadind the field. When he was finally walking out of the room, he didn't seem to be happy.

"Hey, what's wrong?" you asked him. You knew that he had a bad race but it was just a game. "Arg, I'm so stupid. I'm to dumb to overtake..." He was really really upset because of his own mistake. "It's alright Charles. It is just a game, don't forget that. Don't sress yourself please you should have fun doing that. I mean you train but it's not the job you get payed for. And I'm sure Alex isn't angry." He smiled and kissed you before giving you a long hug. "You are right. I am so happy to have you here with me and I am glad that we are here together. If I was here alone, I would be angry with myself for hours now but you can always calm me down, even if you need to bear me here 24/7 in quarantine. I love you!"
