After All

After One Month....

Sowon smiled while watching her friends. They are all eating at the school canteen sitting at two connected tables. Umji and Sinb are eating in one table with Sana and Dahyun that keeps on teasing them. Sowon was happy because Sinb is a good queenbee now and courting her cousin Umji. She's happy for the two even though Umji doesn't fully give her heart to Sinb for now.

Sowon then looked at Yuju and Yerin that's sitting on the table across her. The two are eating food while enjoying their sweet little chats. The two are only friends but Yerin said it's enough for her as long as she's with Yuju always. Sowon was happy because all of them are friends now but she misses one person. One person that can make her life complete even though that girl broke her heart a million times.

Sowon looked around the canteen to search for her but she's nowhere in sight. She wants to go to the rooftop deck just to see her again but she doesn't want to force herself to Eunha. If Eunha really cares for her, she should be the one to approach Sowon first. Sowon will accept it if she and Eunha will only remain as friends. She will accept it even if it hurts.

"Sowon unnie, are you okay?" Umji asked Sowon worriedly.

Sowon forced a smile at her and shook her head but Yerin and Umji knew Sowon too well. They know that the older girl is missing Jung Eunha like crazy. They want to help Sowon to talk to that stubborn rooftop princess but they always failed as Eunha keeps on pushing them away.

Yuju looked at Sowon, she knows to herself that she's one of the reasons why Eunha keeps on avoiding all of them. They are classmates but Eunha never talk to her anymore. Now, the rooftop deck not just became Eunha's territory inside the school but also her hide out from all of them.

"Do you want me to command other students to bring Jung Eunha now right in front of us?" Sinb said gaining glares from Yerin and Yuju while Umji elbowed her making her whined in pain."I'm just kidding, Umji. You know I'm not using my queenbee status to command anyone again."

"Oh really? Then why you forced our nerd classmate to do your assignment, lazy Hwang?" Umji said then pinched Sinb's left ear. Dahyun, Sana and Yerin just laughed at the pouting queenbee.

Yuju looked at Sowon again and saw the older girl looking down and lost in her thoughts again.

"Sinb is right." Yuju said making others looked at her even Sowon. She looked straight in Sowon's eyes.

"What are you saying, Yuju?" Yerin asked confused.

"I said, Sinb is right, Yerin unnie. Eunha is such a stubborn girl so the only thing we can do is to use force on her just to talk to her again." Yuju said making everyone on their table surprised. They can't believe that Eunha's bestfriend and ex-girlfriend will agree with Sinb's idea.

Sowon smiled bitterly."No, Yuju. Don't...don't force Eunha to talk to us if she doesn't want to." Sowon said making the others looked at her worriedly. They all know that Sowon is still in love with Eunha but Sowon is too kind to endure all the pain for loving that rooftop princess.

"But I know how much you misses her, Sowon unnie. Eunha is really stubborn and really good in hiding her pain so it was really impossible that she will approach us esp. you first." Yuju said making Sowon sighed heavily.

Sowon knows that she's dying to talk with Eunha again but she won't let others esp. Sinb dragged Eunha in front of her forcefully. Yuju is right that it was really impossible that Eunha will make the first move to talk to them esp. to her but...she doesn't want to have a forceful love with her again. She wants Eunha to love her without force, without lies, without something in exchange and without pretention unlike before.

"It's okay. Maybe...we are not really made for each others. I think, I need to start telling myself to move on and get over her. I know that's what's she's trying to do that's why she keeps on avoiding us esp me and you, Yuju." Sowon said looking straight in Yuju's eyes.

Yuju didn't say anything but she looks guilty so Yerin just put an arm above her shoulder and comfort her silently. Umji glared at Sinb making the queenbee bowed down her head like a child that was about to get scolded making Sana and Dahyun laughed silently. Sowon just smiled to herself as she remember Eunha's pretty face again.

"Let's eat ice cream, Yuju. Sowon unnie will treat us." Yerin said excitedly and hold one of Yuju's hand who just smiled at her. Sowon just shook her head cause Yerin is acting like a preschooler again.

They just went out the Student Council office and now walking at the hallway when they saw Eunha standing in one corner while typing something on her phone. Yerin looks nervous so she hold Yuju's hand more tightly while Sowon and Yuju just keep their eyes to Eunha.

Eunha felt some presence so she looked at the other side and saw Yerin, Yuju and Sowon standing at the hallway while looking at her. She saw the holding hands of Yuju and Yerin making her glared at that sight.

Sowon was surprised because Eunha looks different now. She still looks the same but it seems that her angel aura is not there anymore.

Eunha looked at Yuju with a glare."I didn't know that you broke up with me just to date that girl, Yuju."

Eunha sounded so cold making Yuju shocked. She looked straight in Eunha's eyes and saw nothing. Her eyes looks so empty and she's wearing a poker face.

Yuju bit her lower lip before asking. "Eunha, are you mad at me?"

Eunha scoffed."Mad at you? No, Yuju. I'm happy for you. I'm so happy because you choose to break up with me after all the things I did for you. I even fooled Sowon unnie just to save your scholarship but still...you left me."

Sowon can't believe that Eunha is mad at Yuju. She stepped closer to Eunha and was about to touch her face to wipe the tears that's falling down from Eunha's eyes but the latter moved away from her avoiding her touch. Sowon felt hurt again.

"Don't. Don't touch me, Sowon unnie." Eunha said glaring at Sowon who didn't care and just embrace Eunha in her arms.

Sowon really missed the younger girl and she's willing to do everything to see the light in the younger girl's eyes again. Eunha bit her lower lip to stop herself from crying out loud. She missed Sowon's warmth but she told herself that she doesn't deserve the older girl.

Yerin and Yuju just watched Sowon and Eunha. Yuju was guilty because Eunha looks mad at her so Yerin squeezed her hand. She looked at Yerin who smiled at her. Yuju wants to smile too but she can't do that right now. Her bestfriend Eunha is mad at her and she understands why.

"I missed you, Eunha-ya. I...I'm still in love with you." Sowon said and kissed the crown of Eunha's head. She really missed the younger girl and she wished that they can have another chance to continue their love story again. And this time, Sowon hopes that Eunha can finally love her without lies between them.

"I'm sorry, Sowon unnie."

Eunha gently pushed Sowon away from her then run away. Yerin was about to comfort Sowon but the older girl run away and chase Eunha leaving Yerin and Yuju at the hallway.
