Monokuma called Tsumugi out when she smiled after she announced the motive. Everyone caught her, but she wasn't executed, because she hadn't done anything bad yet. She's normal, now. Still a sadist, but normal.
Monokuma is like the father of these crazy animals. I love this headcanon so much.
Tsumugi actually got rid of any memories that made them psychopaths. For instance, sister Korekiyo? Haha! Who is that? I only know that one kork plushie that Korekiyo made himself! Oh, and his younger sister, who he gave to his aunt, who eventually killed her! Korekiyos' sister is actually a ghost, who just follows Korekiyo around like a guardian angel.
Stranger: Lung cancer? Kaito, what are they talking about?
Kaito: Yeah, I don't know, either!
Stranger: Atua is real!
Angie: Huh? Who lied to you?
Stranger: So, you only like females near you?
Tenko: I accept males too! How sexist do you think I am?!
Shuichi still has his hat, Kaede is pure, Miu...she can stay horny..Himiko is just tired, Kiibo is still robot with feelings, Kokichi is still gonna be a little son of a checkerboard, Kirumi is still a workaholic, and so on!
Ships: Iruouma, Amamota, Saimaki(It seems cute!), Platonic Tenko x Korekiyo x Angie, Platonic Gonta x Tsumugi, and I think that's it!

Kaitos' POV
I was talking to Rantaro. He was actually pretty nice when he wasn't talking a bunch of nonsense! Then, the intercom turned on.
"Come to the gym, children! Especially you, Tenko Chabashira!" Monokuma yelled non-aggressively.
The intercom turned off. Rantaro was tugging at my jacket, trying to snap me out of it.
"Don't worry, Amami! The killing game is over, now! We should head on out!" I yelled.
I ran down the halls, Rantaro catching up just fine. Yeah, I had a low stamina. I wasn't gonna say that out loud, though! A true hero needs the stamina to fight off the villain!
We made it, and I hid my panting with laughs. I opened the door, and suddenly, something hit me. Literally, as well. It also seemed as if something hit Rantaro, because right next to me, he looked just as weak as I felt. Wait..weak..? I fell to the ground, someone(Presumably Maki) was yelling my name. My eyes closed, and...everything turned black.
Makis' POV
Everyone was in the gym, except for Rantaro and Kaito. Then, I heard the door creak open, and heard a thud right after. I snapped my entire body around, and saw that Kaito had fallen to the ground, and Amami followed in pursuit. I had just run up to their bodies, when I heard more thumping. I quickly turned around, and saw multi[ple bodies fall to the ground. I analyzed all the bodies, and only the boys fell unconscious.
"The males! What happened to them Monokuma! Only you could've done this!" Tenko yelled.
Monokuma chose that time to pop up from behind the podium, and start speaking.
