A/n-No spoilers whatsoever for any games! I think....
1. Murder is what brings both games together. I have no doubt that if you're in the Danganronpa fandom, you won't even need warnings anymore. Same with Ace Attorney, a fandom that I left about 10-11 months ago. I actually cared about that fandom, so don't mind me completely just remembering exactly how long ago I left it-
2. I'm really trying my best to go off Ace Attorneys' original plot, please bear with me.
3. Pregames, guys. Pregame all the way. The danganronpa cast is out of the killing game, and their normal pregame lives are as normal as they can get. Until Tsumugi Shirogane is convicted with the murder of Aoi Asahina(No, Aois' season wasn't put on live, so nobody knew her as the survivor of the first ever killing game, except for Tsumugi herself). NDRV3 was in another AU, and the NDRV3 cast were tossed into this one, with all their painful memories. Now, Miles, Phoenix, Maya, the judge, and jury are face to face with one of the most hardest trials they had ever come across.
4. Enjoy!
Phoenixs' POV
We were headed to courtroom 3, on September 7, at exactly 10:00a.m. I was going up against Miles Edgeworth. I'd overcome many trials against him, but I always had to be careful. I never knew when he could suddenly whip out an updated autopsy report, or worse, false evidence.
"The court is now in session for the trial of Ms. Tsumugi Shirogane! Is the defense ready?"
"The prosecution is ready, your honor." Edgeworth said.
"The defense is ready, your honor!" I said.
"Very well. Mr. Edgeworth, your opening statement, please."
"The prosecution will show the court that at 8:15a.m on March 3, the defendant, Tsumugi Shirogane, killed pro swimmer, Aoi Asahina, in changing room 424. It is impossible for anyone else to have committed such a heinous crime."
'Isn't the defendant 16 years old..?' I thought to myself.
"The evidence presented in this trial will all point to this fact." Edgeworth finished.
"Hmm...I see. Very well. I would like to move onto some tesimony. Mr. Edgeworth, the prosecution may call its first witness." The judge said.
"Very well. I call a most familiar face, Detective Gumshoe, to the stand." Edgeworth said.
"U-uhm..actually..Gumshoe is sick today....I'm supposed to be taking his place..." A timid voice called out.
Everyone in the court turned to the voice. Every single pair of eyes fell on a boy with navy blue hair, and bright, yellow eyes.
"Shuichi!" Tsumugi, or as some may call the defendant, shouted out.
"The defendant has no right to speak." Edgeworth called out.
"No that's wrong! I-i mean..I object! That is a violation of her rights!" Shuichi called out.
Edgeworth backed down, and Shuichi cleared his throat.
"My name is Shuichi Saihara, and I work under detective Gumshoe. I'll be taking his place in court, today, so please be patient with me." He said nervously.
"Tch! What is an amateur detective doing in this courtroom?" Edgeworth said.
"Much more than you, I'd say."
3rd Person POV
Edgeworth looked taken aback, as the originally shy detective snapped back.
"Anyways, I should probably explain everything now, right? Well, here I go, I guess.."
