A/N- I'm pretty sure it's obvious, but this is a Owl House x NDRV3 thing. Ehm...Himiko's being the Lumity lovechild brought me here, alright?

Lemme explain real quick-

Himiko's lips, ears, eyes, and nose- Luz

Himiko's hair color and style- Amity(doesn't make sense, but I feel as if red and brown could mix into Himiko's shade of hair-

Anyways, my motivation is quickly draining, so this may be short!

Warnings: Spoilers for TOH, Spoilers for NDRV3, and Lumity!

Luz's POV

Unlike other days, I was actually late to Hexside.

Waking up to Eda's yells wasn't the most pleasant thing, especially having King jump on my sleeping bag over and over again.

My phone died(most likely due to the amount of tabs I always kept open) overnight, so my alarm couldn't sound.

If I was rounding properly, I was about 7 minutes late.

It didn't seem bad until I realized that getting ready and running to Hexside would take up at least another 10-15 minutes, so I quickly got ready, and booked it.

I almost asked Hooty to let me ride on his neck so that he could zoom me to school, but it was a very risky transportation, so I just decided to run.

Big enough of a mistake, because while running, I heard crying. The crying of...A child...

I decided that school could wait, and that I needed to help that child!

I sprinted down to where I could hear the wailing more clearly, and it sounded human...or witch.

I shook my head, and continued walking down as fast as I could.

When I heard it even more clearly, I decided to start yelling, because I couldn't find them anywhere!

"Hellloooo?! Is anyone there?!" I called.

Immediately, I heard the crunch of leaves, and a blur of color knocked me over, and the crying started again.

"W-here am I-i!" She wailed, her red choppy and...witch's hat..? Shadowed her face, but tears were streaming down like a water fountain.

"Hey, hey, it's alright! I'll take you somewhere safe, alright?" I tried assuring her.

For some reason, that only made her sob and cry even harder, and now I was starting to panic.

"Nothing is safe! The world is broken, and we'e not real! We're just fictional characters being watched from a screen!" She cried.

"Just sleep, and forget about that, alright? Everything will be alright." I cooed, still confused by her words.

Her crying slowly stopped as I rubbed her back in a circle movement. Then, she fell limp in my arms, and I sighed.

I picked her up, and began walking slowly, making sure I didn't hurt, discomfort, or wake her up. I still needed to figure out what the heck was going on.

I got to school, and immediately headed to Principal Bump's office. I barged in, and it was thankfully empty.

"Principal Bump, I know I was late, but this is a bigger issue." I said seriously for once.

His eyes widened at the sight of the girl, and he gestured for me to take a seat.

"Who is this?" He asked simply.

"I don't know. I found her crying in the forest, and screaming something about being fictional..." I mumbled, running my fingers through the girl's hair.
