A Santa Event

(Based off of a true event that occurred a month back. I hope nobody recognizes this, or I'm screwed.)

TWs: eating, food, sitting in Santa's lap, and all that jolly good stuff that isn't that good when put into perspective-

Ships: none

Hajime, Izuru, and Chiaki are siblings. Hajime and Izuru are twins.  Hajime is autistic.

Teruteru sat out of the event in fear that he would be laughed at. Kazuichi stayed back for the same reason, while Nekomaru was told to stay back due to the fear he may cause children. They all went to the back, preparing other things. Gundham, Mikan, Peko, and Fuyuhiko also stayed back, for their separate reasons.

Gundham: doesn't know how to deal with children

Mikan: was forced to stay back due to her clumsiness by Ms. Yukizome, but nobody told her that

Peko: She's afraid of crowds of minors

Fuyuhiko: to stay with Peko, and because he wouldn't be able to control his language

Chiaki's POV

The Christmas event was smooth sailing. Other than the crying children that occasionally screamed out, little to nothing was going wrong.

"Oh, hello!" I greeted a little girl in an Anna costume.

She looked up, sniffling, but stopped almost immediately as I handed her a plate.

"For you." I smiled warmly.

She nodded carefully, and took a cookie, before I laughed.

"Silly! This is all your's! You can go over to that big table over there, " I said, pointing, "and decorate them with sweets!"

Her eyes lit up, and she took the plate with a, "Thank you!", before she ran off. I sighed happily.

"Another kid happy, Chiaki! You're so amazing !" Sonia said, looking at me with adoration.

I chuckled, "It's nothing, Sonia! Kids usually bend to certain things, and I just happen to know them...I think..." I paused, thinking about all the things I might not know.

"Hiya-ki!" I heard a tiny little voice, and turned to see my two twin brothers.

Just. My two twin brothers.

"Oh! Where's mom?" I asked worriedly, looking over at the two holding tickets to the mini fair.

"Left her." Izuru answered, stoic, and short responding as always.

Wait! That's not good!

I picked up my phone to call mom, but it went to a voice mail. I groaned, and told the two 5 year old boys to sit down. Since Izuru was taller and stronger than Hajime, he helped him get on top of the chair. Hajime giggled, and babbled slightly, revealing two rows of baby teeth.

Then, he gripped his hands over his ears, and started saying, "Qwi-et! Qwi-et!", the syllables heavily spaced. Izuru took out a pair of noise cancelling headphones, and grabbed a plate of cookies, looking at me for permission.

I nodded, and he handed one to Hajime, putting the noise cancelling headphones over his ears while he was occupied. Without looking for more than a second, Hajime handed Izuru a cookie. I chuckled silently as Izuru refused slightly, but Hajime kept persisting. Finally, Izuru's damn broke, and he took the cookie.

While Hajime was distracted with the cookie again, Izuru gave me the cookie, and I stuffed it in my mouth. No need for evidence here.

Imposter's POV

As a class project, Ms. Yukizome declared that we'd set up a website during the festive times, and prepare an event that would involve entertaining children. When it first came up, Owari-san immediately suggested a 'Santa Event', in which we would bake sweets, set up small stations for the children to entertain themselves with, if they didn't want to eat or decorate cookies.

That...is what led me here, lying to children that I was Santa Claus. An itchy wig, faux beard, and an even itchier hat were all propped on my head, as I resisted the urge to sob.

In a sense, no, I was not okay.

I looked over to Akane and Mahiru, who were giving out candy canes to children who had taken a photo with me, and smiled when I saw their's.

Maybe I was okay, if I was here for my classmates.

Ibuki's POV

It's so fun working with kids! Even if I have to team up with Hiyoko, so she can dance, and I can sing...

She was actually dancing for once, and since she never did, I just assumed that she only knew how to do that really difficult traditional dancing—.

"Hey! Pea brain!" Hiyoko yelled, pinching my cheeks.

"Ow! That was not cool, Saionji-san!" I yelped, standing up.

"Too bad! We have to go out an perform!" She puffed up angrily.

I sighed, and knew she was right, so I texted Mikan one last time, silenced my phone, and went out to the stage. There was already a whole crowd of children waiting!

"Alright, kids! There will be a vote! Miss Saionji will be going around, counting the votes! Please raise your hand as I call out 3 different songs!" I spoke into the microphone.

Of the 53 children there, 9 children voted, 'Let it Go", 32 voted, 'Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer', and 12 voted for  'I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus'.

"Alright! The winner is Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer! Now, sing the lines you remember kids! No faltering at Ibuki Mioda's concert!" The children went wild at the mention of my name, realizing who I was, as I grinned.

I began playing the violin quickly, and grinned at Hiyoko, who gave me a light smirk, as we began the energetic show.

Nagito's POV

Hopelessly enough, I had been placed at the arts and crafts station. It was empty for the entire day, but then again...it was only something someone as worthless as me deserved...

-(Ya'll really thoughts some miracle would come to the poor boy-)

3rd Person POV

"You think we should take them out of the simulation?" Makoto questioned.

"Nah! It's so cute and wholesome! We couldn't!" Aoi said happily, her face scrunched up in adoration.

"If we don't take them out, severe consequences will take place." Kyoko stated coldly, pushing Yasuhiro, Aoi, and Makoto away from the machines.

"Such as memory loss, severe migraine, possible cancer, and almost certain death. Byakuya finished for the detective as she shut down the program.

"Y'know, if it weren't for your last names and looks, I would've though you guys were siblings!" Yasuhiro whined, looking sadly at the blackened screen that used to show such a happy scene.

"As much as you guys liked it, I feel better not being autistic, or a child."  Hajime hissed, sitting up violently.

"I could only agree with him, save for the autistic part." Izuru nodded.

"I like being an only child..." Chiaki murmured.

"That was utterly hopeless..." Nagito mumbled to himself.

"I believe it was a decent bonding experience." Imposter said.

"Yeah! It was so much fun handing out candy canes to children...and sneaking a few in my mouth sometimes...?" Akane said sheepishly, Mahiru sighing, and rubbing her temple.

"WE WERE FORCED TO STAY IN A CORNER!" The people who weren't in the simulation yelled all at once, save for Gundham, who said something that couldn't be heard.

"So...rry?"
