Happy Birthday, Kokichi!

*Bug warning*

The boy sat in the garden, clutching his arms, as he sobbed like a child.

He wanted to keep his mask of happiness up, as to not bring any of his friends down. 

He felt so unworthy of even being on the planet, for being so cruel...

Suddenly, a shaky hand was placed on the shoulder of the said boy, who looked up with tear-filled eyes.

The owner of the hand sighed.

"Gonta? Why are you crying?" The soft voice of Shuichi Saihara asked.

"G-gonta crush ant..." Gonta said, his voice shaky, and his eyes still watery.

"Hey, Gonta! I brought the queen ant! You should apologize to her!" The playful voice of Kokichi shouted, making Gonta freeze.

"B-but what if queen ant n-no like Gonta...? What is ant no forgive Gonta?" Gonta questioned, looking sad.

"Trust me, she will forgive you!" Kokichi said surely.

Gonta nodded, and took the queen ant into his hands.

"F is for forgive, and N is for no!" Kokichi grinned, dropping about 8 dozen more ants into Gonta's palm.

Gonta didn't mind the numerous bugs crawling on his palm, after all, he was the ultimate entomologist.

He used his free hand to wipe away his remaining tears, as he watched the ants in awe.

Soon enough, all the ant, including the queen, had bunched together to make the letter 'F'

Gonta gasped in happiness, and continued saying thank you to the ants, even as they were crawling off of him, and back into their little ant hill.

"See? They forgave you!" Kokichi said happily.

Gonta laughed happily, as a butterfly decided to land in his hair.

That's when hell broke loose.

About 3 dozen more butterflies landed on his head, making his hair look dyed.

Then, a beetle crawled up his face, and rested on his glasses.

Gonta laughed, and luckily, no bugs crawled into his mouth.

Kokichi had fled the area right after seeing the ginormous tarantula, and had taken the frozen Shuichi with him.

Gonta just hung out with the bugs for the rest of the day, before Kirumi went outside to retrieve him.
