nikou was jittery the entire drive to denny's--to
say he was just plain nervous was the biggest
understatement.

but he was also excited.

he was quick to shut his car off, get out of it
and hype himself up outside. he inhaled deeply
and exhaled all of his breath--he told himself
that he was a cool dude and that he totally had
a chance.

after a mini peptalk, he walked himself towards
the entrance and held his head high.

being greeted by a hostess suddenly made him
nervous.

he smiled awkwardly and waved at the bright
girl.
