    From where you sit,
    you are unaware.
    I feel attracted to you
    but I've always felt attracted
    to everybody.
    There was a time when
    people were paired
    hand to waist,
    a matter of simple mathematical
    sizing.
    Now we fit together
    wealth to health
    hand to mouth
    ego to brevity.
    Beside me, you fit none of these.
    I must seem abstract to you
     but I've always seemed abstract
    to everybody.
