~ Talk 2 U - Brent Faiyaz ~
❤︎"Bye Luke!" Maya and I both shout while leaving the cafe. We decided to head their for breakfast. "What's on your schedule now?" Maya asks.
I pull my paper out of my bag. "Bio," I frown at my schedule. I used to love biology. And every subject for that matter. Now, I can't be bothered with it. "Cheer up pumpkin. You'll do amazing," Maya assures. We talk while we make our way back to campus.
"Later M!" I yell before walking into the class. I head straight to the back seat lab table. I don't care if it's already taken, my new spot.
I sit down on the lab stool and take out my phone. Jade sent me pictures of Harmony. A smile takes over my face at how cute it is; Harmony painting. "What's got you so happy." A bag is tossed under the table and the seat next to me fills up.
"I really don't know how else to manage my hatred for you," I sigh, facing Heath. An amused smirk creeps into his face.
"You love me," he states. False.
"I loathe you," I correct. Fortunately the teacher walks in and greets us. She begins teaching and the entire class I ignore Heath. Although it's harder than I thought.
He kept whispering my name, taking my pencil, writing on my work. Now he's poking me with one of my pens. "You're a whole fucking child," I whisper taking his pen from him. I whip it across the classroom. The teacher sends me a warning look but nonetheless continues on with his lesson.
"Well if you talked to me I could be mature." I snort at his response. Heath will never be mature. I can't remember one time he ever was.
"You aren't sagacious. Never will be. Your actions this class just displayed how fatuous you are," I point out. "Do I need to dumb it down for you?"
He rolls his eyes. "I can understand big words you know. Just because I'm "childish" doesn't mean im dumb," he uses air quotes as he talks.
"Heath. Good work," the teacher places down a test on his table. Heath holds it up and I spot the 97%. He probably cheated on it. "Look at that. An A," he gloats. The bells rings and I never thought I'd be happier about a parenting class.
"Thank goodness. Bye Heath," I quickly get up and leave the class.
❤︎
"Well that class sucked," I mutter under my breath. Maya and I decided to take a walk before heading straight to lunch.
"I know right. I hate Mrs. James too. She makes everything painfully long. Isn't she supposed to be teaching us. Not handing us a textbook to read silently," Maya rants as we make our way to dinning hall.
Turns out Levi is in my business class. We talked during class and he's surprisingly a really good companion. According to Maya, Tag is in our parenting class but he didn't show up today.
As I walk into the cafeteria I notice him sitting down with Levi and Heath. Maya and I our quick to get oil food before sitting down with them. Yes, I am sitting with them. It's better than with Taylor and Alexa.
"So T, why weren't you in parenting class today," I ask as I sit next to him. I acknowledge Levi with a friendly smile and don't bother passing a second glance at Heath.
Tag drapes his arm over my shoulders and leans closer. "Someone's paying attention to me. Miss me babe?" He whispers. I snort at his sudden confidence. I lift his hand up removing it.
"You wish. Maya mentioned it, I on the other hand don't pay attention to any man," I declare. I have my priorities straight. I look up from my food to see Heath glaring harshly at Tag.
