A/N: I would like to say a few things before you read this chapter, so please read this.

1. I'm not a writer, haha I do this in my free time and lately, I haven't had much free time, so PLEASE don't come at me for the lack of updates, I'm trying. Let me explain my schedule to you for a second, I work a full-time job, meaning 8 hours a day from Monday-Friday. I am moving out next month and there's a lot involved with that. I deal with several mental illnesses' which means I sometimes struggle with daily things like getting out of bed, showering...ext. It also means I go to therapy and have to look after myself. I am also in a university class which means, homework. I have a family to maintain as well as my own health. I try to make pov's, write, and keep up with the fandom. I have bills to pay, and things to maintain, like my car, car insurance, gas for my car, car loan payments, Spotify payments, phone bills...ext. I'm trying to lose weight, so going to the gym and counting calories. I get stressed out, I'm only human.

2. I've been struggling with this book, I don't know why, but I have. So, tell me what you want to see.

3. I'm not a therapist. I will talk to you and give you as much advice as I can but sometimes I get overwhelmed and I have to draw a line somewhere. Sometimes things you tell me can be triggering for me. I won't ghost you, but if I feel like I can't handle it anymore, I will send you links or phone numbers where you can receive better help.

4. I know there was something else I wanted to say and now I can't remember...

5. Oh, I just remembered. I don't ask this a lot, but please vote! It keeps me motivated, your comments especially do! I love you, take care of yourself!

Sage.

October 6, 2018.

"Ten more minutes," Billie exclaimed with excitement.

"Ahh," I shouted with nervousness, throwing a blanket over my whole body as I sat on the couch.

"Don't hide," Claudia laughed, Billie slowly slid the blanket down my face, putting a blush on my face as I saw her smirk.

I've finally met Claudia, due to the fact that I've been at Finneas' house working on music a lot lately. I've also been at Billie's place a lot more so I've met her parents. They are all super sweet but I don't feel a strong connection to any of them yet, well except for Billie, of course. Finneas is getting easier to open up to, especially since I've been sharing my lyrics with him.

"I have a surprise for you," Billie smirked.

"I can't take any more emotions," I took in a deep breath and watched Billie walk to the front door of Finneas and Claudia's house. She opened up the door and immediately happy tears began to run down my cheeks.

I ran up and jumped into the arms of my dad, mom, Paisley, and Felix. "What are you all doing here?" I cried happily, continuing to hug them all individually.

"Billie made it happen," my dad explained. I turned around to see Billie blushing as she watched us.

"You-what? Thank you," I stuttered over my words, running back to her and engulfing her in a hug.

"You thought I would let you put out your first single without your family by your side?" Billie laughed with a visible pink tint on her cheeks.

"Thank you," I gave her one more squeeze before running back to my family again.

"I can't believe I have a famous sister," Paisley squealed.

"I'm not famous," I shook my head, the smile never leaving my lips.

"Yet," Felix added. I shoved him playfully before my dad pulled me into a hug.

"I'm so proud of you kiddo," he smiled.
