A/N: Hi bitches, I'm back! I've re-read this entire book and I gotta say, I don't know why I thought it was going nowhere because I was genuinely disappointed that there wasn't another chapter lmao. Time for the last 4 chapters!

Sage.
December 25, 2018.
"I miss you too, can you put Felix on?" I asked my mom after having a long facetime call with her and my dad.
"Yeah, give me one second," she smiled and I watched as she carried the phone upstairs and into his room. "It's your sister," she said to him before passing the phone over.
"Felix, merry Christmas," I smiled.
"You too," he said plainly.
"Why have you been so fucking distant lately?"
"Because you live across the country," he shrugged.
"You can still respond to my texts," I rolled my eyes. "Anyways, I miss you."
"Yeah, I don't know. It's kinda relaxing without you and Paisley here for Christmas," he half-joked.
"You're so mean," I shook my head, a small frown pulling on my lips.
"That's how older brothers are supposed to be, right?"
"Sage?" I heard Billie call. "Well, I should go. Love you and have a good Christmas."
"Love you too," he responded before ending the call. What's his problem?
"Hey, we are about to have breakfast, Paisley just got here," Billie pocked her head into the room.
"Okay, I'll be there in a minute," I put on a fake smile as she nodded her head before closing the door again. I let out a yawn before fixing up my hair in the mirror. It's hard to be here without my family. Of course, it's nice that Paisley is here but I really miss my parents. It doesn't feel like Christmas without them here.
"Merry Christmas," multiple voices call out when I enter the kitchen, everyone carrying dishes into the dining room.
"Merry Christmas," I respond, Paisley quickly pulling me into a hug. She seems cheerful.
"How was your night?" She asks me, pulling away from the hug.
"It was okay," I shrug.
"What's wrong?" Paisley whispers.
"Breakfast is ready," Maggie announces. I give Paisley a face before joining everyone around the dining table. There's everything from bacon, pancakes, waffles, and hashbrowns; of course all vegan. Everyone begins filling their plates while talking about random things. Billie sat across from me while Paisley was beside me.
I added whipped cream to my pancake, beginning to indulge. "Billie, you always want to play that game," Finneas whined.
"Yeah because I'm good at it," she shrugged with an eye roll.
"How about mom chooses the game," Patrick proposes.
"Only after gifts right?" Billie asks, receiving nods from Maggie and Patrick. I continue listening to the small bickering about what we will do today when I feel something touch my ankle. My eyes snap forward to see Billie smirking at me mischievously. She slowly inches her foot further up the side of my leg and I give her a 'stop it' look. She complied, sending me a questioning look as I haven't spoken much during the meal. I'm also extremely nervous about Billie and I's plans for this evening.
