As she cleaned a table, Yuki stared out the window. She was currently working, but it was somewhat different today. She wasn't as happy as she usually was, she was worried.
It had been 8 days since Dakota had gone camping and she had received no message from him. He told her he'd only be camping for a few days, but he's been there several days now. She sighs, "I am probably worrying about nothing."
He probably went straight to the hospital after he got back, and forgot to call her. Yet she didn't mind, knowing how much his parents mean to him. Their relationship is strong, he had told her. She puts the table pads down and moves behind the bar.
"Maybe I'll go visit?" She wonders tapping her chin. She did want Dakota to know she was there for him if he needed to talk. She smiles, "I'll get some flowers and a card for his father." It was noon at the moment and she was getting off early today.
She grabs her phone off the bar and grabs her coat, "Bye Maki, see you tomorrow!" She waves as she flicks off her apron and swings her coat on. She walks to the front door.
"Bye Yuki!" Maki replies from upstairs as she cleaned.
She exits the door and smiles up at the cloudy sky, "I hope it rains." She comments. She stares ahead, "Okay! Now time to go!" She walks to the flower show that wasn't that far away.
It only takes her a few minutes to get to the flower shop named, Daises.
She walks into the shop, "Hello Ms. Otake!" Yuki greets.
She looks up from her book and smiles. "Hello Yuki, what brings you here?" She asks.

"Oh! A friend of mine's father is sick, I want to bring them some flowers."
Ms.Otakes eyes widen, "You made a friend?" She asks.
Yuki rolls her eyes with a smile. "Yup!"
"What's their name?"
Yuki moves around the shop looking for flowers. "Dakota, he's super nice, and we have a lot in common."
Ms. Otakes nods, "Can't wait to meet him, he sounds like a sweet guy if you decided to be friends with him."
Yuki chuckles, "You'll love him, although he has a hard time talking with new people. I think he's a little introverted, but as soon as he gets to know you he can talk for hooours." She rants.
Ms. Otake laughs, "I would've guessed you would be the introvert, but your more extroverted than anyone I know."
Yuki puffs her cheeks at Ms. Otake. "Don't be mean, all because I'm extroverted doesn't mean I can make friends easily."
