Toxic (part 3)- Jade

A/N bc the first toe got deleted, the backstory is the reader was dating Jade who was physically and mentally abusive but Josie helped the reader get away from Jade :)

"Hey." Josie says softly as she walks into your room.

"Hi, Jo." You smile and stand up, walking over to her and kissing her softly.

Josie grins lopsidedly when you pull away. "I'm gonna hug you." She tells you before wrapping her arms around you and pulling you into her warm body.

"You don't have to tell me everything you're about to do." You giggle against her neck.

"I know, but I don't want to scare you." Josie says and strokes the small of your back lovingly.

"I'm okay, Jo, you saved me." You tell her and massage the back of her neck.

"I'll always protect you." Josie whispers. "Always."

You smile and kiss her softly. Josie suddenly pulls away with a painful gasp, clutching her head.

"Jo? What's wrong?" You ask worriedly.

"I don't know." She cries out in pain and falls to her knees, screaming in agony.

"Josie!" You exclaim and wrap your arms around her.

You look up to see Wendy standing in the doorway, holding her hand out at Josie.

"Stop!" You shout pleadingly as Josie cries in pain.

"Y/N." Josie cries through the pain.

"Stop it, Wendy! Please!" You beg. Her hand falls and she glares at you.

"That's for hurting Jade." She growls.

"I didn't do shit to Jade." You snarl as Josie leans against your chest, trying to catch her breath. "She's the one who hit me and mentally abused me for months. You tell that psycho bitch to stay away from me and Josie."

Wendy glares at you before storming away from your room. You sigh and kiss Josie's head, hugging her tightly.

"I'm so sorry, Josie." You whisper and stroke her hair.

"It hurts still." Josie sobs painfully.

"I-"

"What the hell just happened?" Hope asks and bursts into the room, holding up a barely conscious Lizzie who looks to be in the same amount of pain as Josie is.

"It was Wendy. She was doing a spell to hurt Josie, I guess their twin connection is the reason Lizzie's like that." You tell her. "Give them your blood."

"Right." Hope nods and sets Lizzie down on the ground before biting into her wrist.

"Help Josie first." Lizzie tells her and pushes the hand away, tears falling from her eyes at the excruciating pain in her head.

Hope sighs but moves over to Josie and presses her wrist against her mouth. Josie whines but gulps the blood down, her head instantly feeling better.

"You okay?" Hope asks which make Josie nod.

The tribrid rushes back over to her mate and feeds Lizzie her blood.

"I'm okay, Princess." Josie reassures and kisses you soundly.

"I'm gonna kill her." You frown and cup her cheeks. Josie nuzzles your hands and pouts at you, you sigh and kiss her forehead. You smile and squish her cheeks together, giggling. Josie huffs and glares at you, her lips pursing as her cheeks are squished together. "You're so cute."
