You were amazed when your senses slowly returned. Where was all the excruciating pain that kept you from moving? Why was it so hot? Why did everything seem so quiet?

You tried to move your fingers and with surprise you were able to bend them without any pain. It was really strange... you were lying on your stomach and your hands were against some kind of fiber... it was soft and it tickled sometimes. It was weird... it was like you were on... grass?

Your eyes opened almost instantly in shock and you jerked upright with a small cry of surprise. Your head looked in every possible and unimaginable direction in amazement and you noticed that you were in a park. You blinked as you tried to figure out what was happening to you and tried to remember what had happened as you used a tree to help you stand.

"BF/N" You whispered as you put a hand to your head.

Your heart raced as the scene replayed in your brain. Your expression went from surprised to horrified and desperate in less than a second and you put a hand over your mouth as tears flowed from your eyes.

"Oh God, please tell me it's not real... "You begged in your mind and tried pitifully to control your breathing.

Very quickly you made an effort to stop shedding your unnecessary tears. What did you expect, of course he would be furious... especially since Lilith had clearly told you your sins. You had abandoned him and your child.

Your mouth twisted in frustration and you grabbed your hair hard, screaming angrily. You ... you didn't even have a word for all the wickedness, selfishness and cowardice you had shown.

You hated yourself so much, you felt so dirty, like you were covered in mud or hungry bugs. It was foul. You dried your tears and looked around, trying to regain your composure.

The trees in the park were beautiful, the nature was really lush, all those shades of green were so beautiful that you wondered if you were still in hell.

You looked up to the sky and saw a beautiful blue that you could see on earth. You blinked in confusion as the sun's rays blinded you.

Impossible... was it... the living world? No no no, it was impossible.

You walked for a moment trying to recognize the place you had fallen into and then your memories came flooding back.

"Is this my place?"

You whispered, stopping short at the sudden realization. Yes ... you recognized the outdoor benches and street lights. This was your town. Where it all began. You approached a lake to see your reflection and saw that you had your human appearance. Your breath caught in your throat as you saw your old face again. Suddenly you saw several people walking quietly along the paths of the park. You took your courage in both hands, and you decided to go and talk to them. Unfortunately, when you asked them where you were, they simply ignored you. They didn't even turn their heads to look at you and their walk didn't even slow down. It was like they didn't hear you.

"Please wait" You asked wanting to hold an old man back, but your hand passed through his body, as if you were just a ghost.

You swallowed with a slight anxiety in your stomach. Where exactly were you? Back on earth as a spirit? Was it a dream? Were you dead again and was this your personal hell? Being ignored for eternity?
