Been a very rough and long day for me so I just decided to write a little something to make me feel better. Hope you enjoy.

The walk home seemed to take longer than usual after such a day. Work had been stressful and there was nothing more you wanted to do then go home and cuddle up with your boyfriend. Much to your disappointment, Kakashi wasn't home. You sighed, heading into the shower to try and relax.
Once finished, you changed into some comfortable clothes - mainly consisting of Kakashi's shirt and some sleep shorts. You curled up on the couch, wrapping yourself up in a blanket cocoon in hopes of forgetting about your day.
You were sure how much time had passed, but the sound of the door clicking open had you jumping in your seat. Kakashi walked over to you after removing his shoes. He knelt down, pressing a kiss to your forehead.
"Missed you today. You feeling okay?"
You let out a small, strangled whine to which Kakashi just lightly chuckled at. He gently patted your head before standing up.
"I'm going to take a fast shower. You stay here and relax."
With one last squeeze to your hand, Kakashi went to go shower. You closed your eyes, hearing the water turn on in the distance. You knew you dozed off when you felt strong arms lift you from the couch. You looked through bleary eyes to see Kakashi bringing you to the bedroom.
"'Kashi?"
He smiled, laying you down before laying beside you.
"Hey gorgeous. So, you wanna talk about your day?"
You shook your head, "Not really. It's just been really long and stressful. Honestly I was waiting to just be with you after such a horrendous day."
Kakashi frowned, "I'm sorry you had a rough day, my love. You know you can talk if you want too."
"Maybe later, I just want to lay here with you."
He nodded, wrapping an arm around you before pulling you close, "I'm right here baby, I'm not going anywhere."
And after the day you had, that was the best thing you could've heard.
