Chapter 19

Abhi's Pov:

I was almost done with my packing when I heard the bell ring, it must be Jai. Once my packing was done, I went downstairs to see Sid and Jai talking, and asked about Avu. Sid said she went to terrace, so I said them I am going to the terrace and went there. I have said her so many times don't go to terrace but she doesn't listen to me. I went there to see her standing near the edge as usual. But she was holding her head and tried taking few steps back, but due to headache she didn't realize she had taken few steps forward and was at the complete corner now. I ran to her and pulled her, causing her to collide with me, we both were breathing heavily, me due to running and her due to the sudden pull and dizziness. I picked her up when I saw she had fainted and took her to her room, and lied her down. Just then I remembered I and Jai had to discuss about the competition. I went downstairs and asked Chote to look after Avu, and he went. But when I turned around, Jai was smiling teasingly, what happened now? 

Abhi: Kya hua? { What happened?}

Jai: Kuch nahi, bas thodi der pehle terrace par koyi romance kar raha tha apni gf ke sath. { Nothing, just that someone was romancing with his gf sometime back on the terrace.}

Abhi: Tujhe kisne bola Avu meri gf hai? { Who said you Avu is my gf?}

Jai: Reem ne. 

Kahi Sid ko bhi na pata chal gaya ho. { I hope Sid didn't find out as well.}

Abhi: Sid bhi tha kya waha? Ya use tune bola tha kya humari dating ke baare mein? { Was Sid also there? Or did you tell him anything about us dating?}

Jai: Ha, Sid bhi tha mere sath. Aur maine bola tha ki aap aur Avu date kar rahe ho, use nahi pata tha kya? { Yes, Sid was also there with me. And I did mention you both dating, he didn't know?} 

What will happen now? Chote also found out now. But why didn't he say anything? I'll have to talk to Avu later. I started explaining about the competition to Jai, as it would be his first time. I had just completed explaining everything to him when the bell rang, and at the same time Sid also came. I went to Sid and Jai went to open the door. 

Sid: Dada, Avni uth gayi hai. Reem aa gayi kya? { Dada, Avni has woken up. Did Reem return?}

I turned around to see Jaireem coming in. 

Abhi: Ha, wo rahi. Chal, Avu ko dekhte hai pehle. { Yes, she is there. Come, let's see Avu first.}

 We both went to her room, but she wasn't there. 

Sid: Wo washroom gayi hogi. { She must have gone to the washroom.}

We sat down, waiting for her. 

Abhi: Sid, tu ek baar dadi se mike aa sakta hai kya? Mai waapis aane ke baad mil lunga unse. Kaafi dino se hum dono unke ghar nahi gaye hai. { Sid, can you meet dadi and come once? I will meet her after returning. We both haven't visited her since many days.}

Sid: Ha, mai is Sunday chala jaunga. Monday to Saturday toh office jana rehta hai. { Yes, I'll go this Sunday. Monday to Saturday I have to go to office.} 

I nodded. After few minutes Avi came out. 

Sid: Tu thik hai ab? { Are you fine now?}

Avu: Ha. { Yes.}

Abhi: Tujhe kitni baar bola hai ki terrace par mat jaya kar. Mai waha nahi aata toh? { How many times have I said you to not go to the terrace. What if I wouldn't have come there?}
