All were in deep sleep now, it was around 1:30 a.m. Suddenly Abhi woke up with a jerk and went to Avu's room. When he didn't find her there, he remembered that she is in Vaishu's room. He went to that room, and forgot to knock. He got more scared when he didn't see Avu on the bed, and opened the washroom's door after getting no response on knocking. It startled Avu who was inside, and she looked up and again looked down, not saying anything.
Abhi: Avu, bahar chal. { Avu, come outside.}
She shook her head, staring at the wall ahead. Abhi sighed, it wasn't the first time she did this. He went inside and picked her up.
Avu: Mujhe neeche utaro. { Put me down.}
He ignored her going towards his room.
Avu: MU...
She was about to shout, but Abhi covered her mouth. After reaching his room, he made her sit. She was about to stand up, but he made her sit again. She again tried standing up, but he pushed her down again, with more force this time, making her fall on her back. She again tried standing, but couldn't as Abhi was holding her hands, and was standing right in front of her, so she couldn't move her legs.
Avu: Chodo mujhe. { Leave me.}
Abhi kept silent, as she kept moving, and said him to leave her. She stopped after sometime, tired and Abhi hesitated for some seconds before leaving her. Once he was ensured she won't try going out, he went and brought a bottle. When Avu saw it, her eyes widened in fear, and she tried running away, but Abhi held her before she could. She started crying, her already wet cheeks becoming wet again. Abhi wanted to leave her, seeing her tears, but couldn't.
Avu: Mujhe woh nahi chahiye, pls. { I don't want that, please.}
Abhi: Avu, dheere bol, sab so rahe hai. { Avu, don't speak so loudly, all are sleeping.}
Avu: Nahi, pls wo mat do mujhe. { No, pls don't give me that.}
He sighed, but kept quiet. He made her sit again, and took out one pill, and took water and turned back to her.
Abhi: Avu, yeh le. { Avu, take this.}
Avu shook her head, bending away. He sighed, before holding her face, and making her take it with difficulty. Within a minute, she passed out, and he made her lie down properly. He was keeping back the bottle, when someone knocked on the door, and his expression changed to a scared one. He opened the door after keeping it, and gulped seeing it was Vaish outside. He was blocking the view of inside the room.
Abhi: Vaishu, tu yaha? { Vaishu, you here?}
Vaish: Ha, wo Avu kahi dikh nahi rahi thi. { Yeah, I am not able to find Avu anywhere.}
Abhi: Woh Reem ke room mein hogi shayad, wo kayi baar use bhook lagti hai raat ko toh Reem ke room mein jaati hai, kyunki Reem midnight snacks rakhti hai. { She might be in Reem's room, whenever she feels hungry she goes there, as Reem keeps some midnight snacks.}
Vaish: Oh.
Abhi: Waise mai aaj kuch bhool gaya. { Btw I forgot something today.}
Vaish: Kya? { What?}
He pulled her closer by waist and kissed her forehead, and she looked down, blushing.
Abhi: Mai aaj tere kamre mein so jau? { Shall I sleep in your room today?}
Vaish: Aaj tumhare room ki jagah mera room? { Today my room instead of yours?}
Abhi: Hmm.
Vaish: Par Avu? { But Avu?}
Abhi: Wo Reem ke saath hi so jayegi, bahut neend mein hogi toh. Aur aayi bhi, toh mujhe dekh kar chali jayegi. { She'll sleep with Reem only as she might be sleepy. And even if she comes, she'll see me and go.}
Vaish: Thik hai toh phir, chalo. { Ok then, lets go.}
Abhi glanced at Avu before going with Vaishu.
Abhi: Waise mai warn kardu, subah mera alarm jaldi bajega. Fais gym ke liye niklega tab. { Let me warn you, in early morning my alarm will ring. When Fais goes to gym.}
Vaish: Thik hai. { Ok.}
They went in the room and lied down. Abhi hugged her from back, and kissed her cheek. She turned around and hugged him back, and both fell asleep. Next morning Abhi woke up by the alarm, and luckily it didn't wake Vaishu up. He went back to his room, and saw Avu sleeping. He freshened up, and woke Avu after coming out. She looked at Abhi who was getting some tablet and water and was about to ask something but held her head. Abhi forwarded the medicine to her, and she took it. After few minutes she felt better.
Avu: Mai yaha kaise aayi? { How did I come here?}
Abhi: Woh actually.. woh.. um...
He stuttered, and she understood immediately.
Avu: Kyu? { Why?}
Abhi: Shayad aunty... { Maybe aunty...}
He didn't say anything, himself not sure. Her eyes got teary, and he immediately went to her.
Abhi: Avu ro mat please. { Avu pls don't cry.}
Avu: Par bhai... { But bhai...}
Abhi: Abhi
Avu: Sorry, Abhi aisa kyu? Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha. { Sorry, Abhi why? I am not able to understand anything.}
Abhi: Samajh toh mujhe bhi nahi aa raha. Sid aur Vaish ke aane ke baad nahi hua, phir kal pata nahi kaise ho gaya. { Even I am not able to understand. After Sid and Vaish came it didn't happen, then I don't know why it happened yesterday.}
Avu: Aap puri raat the yaha? { Were you here the whole night?}
Abhi: Nahi, Vaishu aa gayi thi isliye uske saath us room mein chala gaya tha. { No, Vaishu had come so I went to her room.}
Avu was relieved hearing this, knowing if he would have been here he would have been awake the whole night, tensed for her.
