Chapter 42

Abhi was looking angry, which all of them had seen the first time, and thought it as jealousy only. He was trying his best to control his anger but wasn't able to do so. Fortunately Sid came there, and was quick to react to Abhi's anger by holding his hand. Abhi came out of the thoughts leading to his anger by the touch. 

Sid: Kya bola tum sab ne dada ko? { What did you all tell dada?}

Jai said him everything they had said. Sid's eyes widened, understanding why Abhi was angry. He never thought they'll take Arhaan's name on him denying, or he wouldn't have denied. He turned to Abhi. 

Sid: Arhaan Avu se pyaar nahi karta hai. Aur Avu ka crush us hi din khatam ho gaya tha, pata hai na? { Arhaan doesn't love Avu. And Avu's crush had ended that day itself, you know it right?}

Abhi nodded, as realisation hit him, and he calmed down. Sid left his hand. 

Sid: Arhaan ne Avu ko propose nahi kiya tha. Par in sab ne jhoot bola check karne ko ki aap jealous hote ho ya nahi. Aur tum sab ne kyu kiya, mai janta hu, par tumne insaan galat chuna. Aur jo misunderstanding tum samajh rahe ho, waisa kuch hua hi nahi tha. { Arhaan didn't propose Avu. But they all lied to check whether you get jealous or not. And I know the reason you all did this, but you chose the wrong person. And the misunderstanding you are are assuming it to be, nothing like that ever happened.}

Abhi looked at Sid in confusion. 

Sid: Aap chalo, mai batata hu. Aur ha, dada aur Avu ko waapis saathme laane ki koshish mat karna ab. Naseeb mein saath rehna hua, toh ye dono khud hi sab solve kar lenge. { You come, I'll say. And yes, don't try bringing dada and Avu back together now. If they are destined to be together, they'll solve everything themselves.}

All nodded and Sidshek went. 

Jai: Abhi ko aaj pehli baar ghusse mein dekha maine, aisa kya hua tha Arhaan aur Abhineet ke beech? { It is the first time I saw Abhi so angry, what had happened between Arhaan and Abhineet?}

Vaish: Mujhe bhi samajh nahi aa raha. Abhi aur Arhaan toh best friends the, phir achanak dono ne Arhaan se dosti tod di, aur aaj tak usse nafrat karte hai. Maine itni baar Arhaan se pucha kya hua tha, lekin usko khudko nahi pata tha. Usne Avu se poocha, toh usne bhi kuch thik se bataya nahi. Aur kuch dino se maine dekha hai, Sid bhi Arhaan ko hate karne laga hai aur usse dosti tod di hai. { Even I am not able to understand. Abhi and Arhaan were best friends, then they both broke friendship with him suddenly, and hate him till date. I asked Arhaan so many times that what had happened, but he himself doesn't know. And since few days I am noticing, even Sid has started hating Arhaan and has broken friendship with him.}

Jai: Ek baar Avu kuch bata rahi thi, aur uski baato se lag raha tha ki Arhaan ne uske aur Abhi ke saath kuch aisa kiya, jisse woh bahut hurt hai. Arhaan ka naam sunkar hi uski aankho mein aasu aa gaye the. { Once Avu was saying something, and from her words it seemed like Arhaan did something with her and Abhi which has hurt them a lot. Hearing Arhaan's name only brought tears in her eyes.}

Fais: Sach pata bhi toh sirf Abhineet aur Sid ko hai, aur teeno bahut ziddi hai, unse sach jaan na bahut mushkil hai. { Only Abhineet and Sid know the truth, and those three are very stubborn, it is difficult to find out the truth from them.}

Jaan: Mujhe lagta hai ki Reem bhi janti hai. Par agar ye teeno ziddi hai, toh wo maha ziddi. { I think even Reem knows the truth. But she is even more stubborn than them.}

Fais: Yeh Nigams alag hi hai ikdam. { These Nigams are very different.}

Jaan:  Exactly.

Just then Reemneet came there. 

Avu: Tum sab yaha khade khade kya kar rahe ho? { What are you all doing standing here?}

Vaish: Kuch nahi. { Nothing.}

Avu: Abhi aur Sid kaha hai? { Where are Abhi and Sid?}

Vaish: Abhi ke kamre mein hai. { In Abhi's room.}

Avu: Acha, hum samaan rakh kar aate hai. { Oh, we'll keep all this and come.}

They went and kept the things aside. Sidshek also came down again. 

Abhi: Tum dono kab aaye? { When did you both come?}

Reem: Abhi just aaye hai. Lekin hum sabke paas karne ko kuch nahi hai. { We came just now. But we all don't have anything to do.}

Reem: Truth aur dare khele?

Abhisidneet: Nahi. 

All looked at the three of them. 

Jaan: Thik hai, par chilla kyu rahe ho? { Ok, but why are you shouting?}

Abhisidneet: Sorry. 

Fais: Avu, aaj subah mujhe terrace par guitar mila tha. { Avu, I found guitar on the terrace today morning.}

Avu: Ha, woh mera nahi Sid ka hai, kal hum terrace par the tab baja raha tha. { Yeh, it is Sid's, not mine, yesterday when we were on terrace he was playing it.}

Jaan: Tum dono terrace par the? { You both were on the terrace?}

Avu: Ha. 

Jaireem: Avu, tu guitar bajati hai? { Avu, you play guitar?}

Fais: Avu gaati bhi acha hai, sirf maine aur Abhi ne suna hai.  Aur ab Sid ne. { Avu sings well too, only I and Abhi have heard. And now Sid.}

Jaan: Hume bhi sunna hai. { Even we want to hear.}

Avu: Sunaungi, agar Sid bhi mere sath gayega. { I will, if Sid also sings with me.}

Sid: Thik hai. 

Abhi: Kaunsa sunane waale ho tum dono? { Which will you both sing?}

Sidneet decided on one song. While singing, they were just lost in each other, which no one noticed. While love was starting to bloom between Sidneet, Abhineet's relation stood at an unknown point. No one knew what was going on in Vaishu's mind either. They were brought back by everyone's claps. They smiled at them, but frowned when they noticed Abhinavi weren't there.
