WARNING: SEXUAL ASSAULT

NAYA POV

It had been 2 days since Damien and my night at the karaoke club. Tonight, I had another date with Chuck. I seriously did not want to go, but here I am getting ready. I decided to just wear a black shirt and white shorts.

White? Risky, I know.

We were going to the movies, which I guess was good because that meant no talking.

"So what's the movie?" I asked while getting into the car.

"I'm not sure. I was thinking we can decide when we get there." He answered.

Is he ever prepared for these dates?

We reached the theater in 20 minutes, only making small talk. I got out of the car and followed Chuck inside.

I was instantly hit with the cool air. Probably should have brought a jacket.

"Chaos Walking?" Chuck asked.

I looked at the poster. "Oh, the one with Tom Holland? Sure." I said. I saw the ads for it, but I never really was interested.

"I'll buy the tickets. You can get popcorn." Chuck walked over to the other line, leaving me standing there.

I walked over to the food counter. There were only 3 other people in the line. I grabbed my phone from my pocket and opened Snapchat, clicking through stories of people I hadn't even seen in a year.

Finally, it was my turn. I walked up to the lady at the counter who appeared to be in her late forties maybe. She had a warm smile on her face that reminded me of my mother.

"Hello. What can I get for you today?"

Chuck hadn't told me any specifics, so I just guessed. "Hi. I'll have one medium popcorn with butter and two small cokes."

"Ok. That will be $15." I handed her my card and she went to get the popcorn. One minute later, she came back with it.

I walked over to Chuck who was waiting at the side, impatiently tapping his foot. He looked up and saw me, and headed to the person to give them our tickets.

I quickly followed behind him as he was walking fast. What is his problem?

He opened the door to the theater and walked in first. I almost dropped the popcorn and drinks, trying to keep the door open.

Aww. And they say chivalry doesn't exist anymore.

"Where are our seats?" I whispered.

"Top row." He pointed and walked up the stairs.

Ads were playing on the big screen. We sat in silence for a few minutes, both of us slowly eating the popcorn. No one came to sit in our row.

"So, Naya. I've been meaning to ask you what happened on Friday? You just left the dinner."

Crap. I forgot about that. "Uh. I wasn't feeling too good. I just went home. I meant to text you, but I fell asleep."

Unfortunately for me, the light of the big screen clearly showed my nervous face. Chuck just raised his eyebrows up but went back to watching the screen.

The movie started and everything was fine for the first few minutes.

Chuck took the popcorn bag from my lap and transferred it to his. I didn't think much of the gesture. Then, he placed his rough, right hand on my thigh.

"Chuck." I tried to take his hand off. "I don't wa-"

"Shh." He put his finger over his lips and then smirked at me. "Watch the movie."

I tried to move his hand, but he moved it higher. "Chuck," I said again in a more serious tone.

He looked at me and leaned in close to my ear. "I know you want it." I tried to push him off, but he placed his left hand on my face. He looked at me with his lustful eyes. Before I could pull away, he crashed his lips into mine. It was a disgusting, slobbery kiss.

I backed away, but he still held his grip on my body. I tried to scream, but he put his left hand over my mouth.

Oh my gosh. This is it. It's going to happen.

Chuck kissed my jawline and then trailed down my neck. At this point, tears were filling up my eyes. He lingered on one spot a little longer, sucking the skin and I knew what he had done.

He moved his head back up and looked me in the eyes. "Remember this next time you think of double-crossing me. Viper." The way he said the last word brought chills up my body, and not the good kind.

And with that, Chuck got up from his seat and walked out, leaving me sitting there. I sat there shaking and replaying everything that had just happened.

I wasn't sure how long I sat there, but I got up and left the theater. I went to the bathroom and when I saw my neck, I shuddered.

Chuck had left a hickey that was substantially noticeable.

I washed my face and went outside. I realized I didn't even have a ride, so I called an Uber. 5 minutes later, the car pulled up and I sat inside.

I was drowning in my thoughts. Then, I realized something.

Chuck knew I knew about the gangs.

I wondered when he found out. This was bad. I would have to tell the others, but how?

We finally reached my place and I paid the driver. I stepped down and looked up at my apartment. I walked up the stairs and unlocked my door. I got into my bed, without changing, and silently cried myself to sleep.

I felt dirty. And scared. But most of all...lonely.

I hate this man with a burning passion and I hope he rots in hell. Short chapter, but the events of the next few chapters should make up for it.
