*POV CHANGE

NAYA POV

"Naya. You want any breakfast?" Ryder asked.

I lay on my side in the bed and didn't answer.

"Do you want to go to the bathroom? Maybe freshen up?" Ryder asked.

I just stared at the wall.

"Ok. If you need anything, just let me know. I'll be in the kitchen."

Ryder walked away from the bed, leaving me lying there alone.

We're done. We're really done.

Just then someone knocked on the door. Ryder didn't open it. The person knocked again.

"Ugh. Who's here now?" Ryder groaned and walked to the door. "I'm coming. I'm coming."

DAMIEN POV

Violet and Rocco took me back to the apartment, so I could get some "rest" for the night. I didn't sleep at all and right when my alarm rang at 8, I sprung out of bed. I quickly got ready, making sure to be as quiet as I could because the other two were still sleeping. Rocco insisted on sleeping in my room to make sure I didn't leave, but he was passed out right now so he couldn't hear me.

I slowly crept down the hallway and went out the front door. I got onto my bike and headed to the address I found in Vince's office.

I didn't know much about the Ryder guy. I'd seen him around the bar a couple of times, and Vince was the one who hired him without talking to me. He did his work. He was pretty good with the customers. I just hoped he was taking care of my gir-Naya well.

I got off my bike and walked up the stairs of the apartment. My phone started buzzing and I pulled it out to see Rocco calling me. I declined the call and saw more missed calls from Violet and him. I ignored them and put it back in my pocket.

I stood in front of the door, staring at the number. 461.

I knocked on the door. Silence.

I knocked it again a little louder and faster.

"I'm coming. I'm coming." I heard a male voice yell from the other side.

I heard the locks unlock, and the door opened. Ryder stood in front of me, wearing plaid blue pajama pants and a faded white shirt.

"Oh, hell no." Ryder started closing the door, but I put my hand on the door to push it open. "Damien. Leave."

Does he really think I'm gonna listen to him?

"Let me see her." I pleaded.

"She doesn't want to see you. Leave her alone." Ryder looked me in the eyes.

I'll give him one for attempting to stand up to me.

I stuck my head through the doorway to peek into the apartment. "NAYA! Please. Can we talk?"

I didn't hear any response. Ryder put his hand on my shoulder.

"Don't touch me." I backed away from him.

"Look, man." Ryder started off.

"Call me Damien," I said.

"Damien. You hurt her. She doesn't want to talk to you. If you really loved her, I think it's best if you leave her alone. You guys are better off this way." Ryder started explaining.

"And WHO ARE YOU to explain my relationship to me? Leave us the fuck alone." I shoved his shoulder and walked into the apartment.

"Damien." Ryder grabbed my shoulder, but I pushed him away.

I walked over to the bed to see her laying there. She was curled up in a blanket, turned away from me.

"Belle. Darling, please. I-" Ryder grabbed my shoulder. I turned to face him. "GET THE FUCK OFF ME!"

Suddenly, the door to the apartment burst open.

"Damien!" Violet yelled out, and Rocco followed her.

I tried to get to the other side of the bed, but Rocco came behind me and pulled me back. "LET GO OF ME, ROCCO!"

Ryder stood in front of me, trying to block me from seeing Naya.

"Damien. You can't just barge into someone's apartment like this!" Violet grabbed my other shoulder.

I ignored my sister and best friend and tried to look over Ryder's shoulder. "Naya! I'm sorry! Can we please talk? I need to tell you what happened. It wasn't like that." She didn't move or react in any way.

"Let's go." Rocco pulled me backward, and Violet pushed me from the front.

"I LOVE YOU, NAYA!" I yelled out, but Ryder slammed the front door.

Rocco and Violet shoved me down the stairs.

"WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?" Violet hit my chest. "We said we would talk about it."

"I needed to talk to her now." I shook Rocco off my shoulder.

"Damien. I know you didn't sleep last night. You're going to screw it up even more if you talk to her right now." Violet tried to reason with me.

"So you don't want us to be together?" I questioned.

"I didn't say that. I'm just saying if you want her back, you need to think this through. You can't just go in and say whatever comes to your mind. Your mind is everywhere right now and I don't want this situation fucked up." Violet placed her hand on my arm.

"She needs to know the truth. Let me just tell her and then she can decide if she wants to be with me." I tried walking forward, but Rocco held me back.

"I know that. I'm not telling you to hold back the truth. I just-" Violet sighed. "Right now, Naya's emotions are everywhere. She's angry at you. She's hurt. She doesn't want to listen to you right now. Take it from a girl. She doesn't want to talk to you. Don't you want to talk to her when she will give you all her attention?

"When can I see her then?" I crossed my arms in front of my chest.

"When you've calmed down and gotten sleep. I'm not letting you leave the apartment until then." Violet grabbed my hand and opened the car door. "And when she's ready. I'm going to go see her later." I looked at her with hopeful eyes. "ALONE. Now get in the car."

"My bike." I pointed to my Harley pointed a few feet away.

"Keys." She put her palm out in front of us.

I shook my head.

"Your. Keys. Damien." Violet said in a serious tone.

I reluctantly pulled my keys out of my pocket and gave them to her.

Violet threw the keys at Rocco. "Rocco drive it back to our place. I'll drive Damien home in the car."

"He is not riding my bike." I looked at Rocco.

"Violet is driving my car. I think we're both at a loss here." Rocco shrugged and walked to my bike.

"Get in." Violet got into the car.
