The rest of the afternoon went by like a breeze. We went bowling and Damien, unfortunately, beat me, but I beat him at air hockey in the arcade. He said he was going "easy" on me, but that's what they all say. Afterward, we went to the mall. We spent a while there, eating and going through different stores, but we didn't buy anything.

Currently, we were finishing up the ice cream we got, while sitting on the hood of Damien's car.

"Ok. I have two more gifts for you." I stood up and threw our cups away in the trash can.

"Naya. Why? The shoes were enough." He started standing up, but I pushed him to sit back down.

"These aren't too big. Don't worry. Now close your eyes." I went back to the car and grabbed the bag with the two items. "Ok, before I give you this I want to tell you something."

My boyfriend nodded.

"I don't think I tell you enough how much I love you. Well, I do. I love you so so much, Damien. Before moving here, I was a trainwreck. Then when I got here, I couldn't do anything right. My plan was to just get a job and hopefully survive on my own for who knows how long. And I met you and I think you were a gift from above. I know that sounds so cheesy, but it's true. I don't even want to imagine where I would be right now without you." I recalled all those times when Damien basically saved from being assaulted by the creepy men.

"And I don't think you understand how amazing of a person you are. I know you have a weird way of showing it, but I know you would do anything for your friends. You've saved me on numerous occasions. But physically and emotionally. You're the first person I truly opened up about my past and I don't regret it for one second. And you have the most wonderful laugh I have ever heard. You don't laugh a lot, but when you do, I could just listen to it all day. You also have such beautiful eyes that I can't stop staring at. Like right now." I chuckled. "And you make me feel like the most special girl in the world. You don't even have to say anything. I can just look at you and I fall in love all over again. And no one is as lucky as me to be loved by someone as wonderful as you."

I hugged him and Damien instantly wrapped his arms around me. "I'm so so lucky to have you, my darling."

"Oh, and you also have really nice abs."

He laughed. "Sometimes I feel like you love my abs more than me."

"Some days," I said and Damien pulled away to look at me. "I'm just joking. The abs are just an added bonus." I patted his chest. "Ok, anyway. Now that we're done with all the cheesy stuff, here is your gift." I handed him the gift bag.

Damien peeked inside and pulled the first item out. "What's this?"

"A keychain. Shaped like a heart." He took a closer look at it. "And inside it's the picture Rocco took of us when we were baking."

Damien had been staring at it for a while, but finally looked up at me. "I love it. Thank you." He kissed my forehead.

"And now your last gift." I excitedly jumped up and down, and Damien pulled out a box. "I got it fixed! So you can wear it!"

Inside the box was Damien's mom's bracelet that had been broken. I got it fixed after he told me about it.

"Belle." He looked up at me. I smiled. "Fuck. I am so in love with you. " He grabbed my face and pressed his lips onto mine.

The moment was cut off with my phone ringing. I pulled away and pulled my phone out. It was Rocco. I walked away from Damien.

"What's up, Rocco?" I asked.
