"You know, I knew that Zmey was rich, but I don't think anyone really knows how rich rich he is." Viktoria claimed as she buckled herself into the jet seat at dawn on the 26th of December.
"Abe doesn't like disclosing how much money he has, be it inheritance, legal or illegal." Diana replied as she sat next to Viktoria and buckled herself in. At Diana's words, Viktoria began to smile only for Kate to call out from her seat at the back of the jet.
"Don't even start on that. She's more secretive than the Queen's personal assistant."
Dimitri chuckled at her as he buckled Alec's car/airplane seat to the single seat on the other side of the aisle, with Alec inside, clutching the polar bear plushy. Before he took the seat next to Kate.
Lissa and Christian sat in the row between Diana and Viktoria, and Dimitri and Kate.
"You know, just because you have a kid now, doesn't mean you can develop mom-senses." Viktoria called out to Kate, who rolled her eyes at her.
They were leaving 2 days before everyone else that would be joining them at the Ski Lodge, another gift from Abe, a gift that was actually not directed to Kate or Diana, but to Dimitri, per request of Viktoria, who used Kate's email correspondence to inform Abe that Dimitri's birthday would be on the 28th of December and not so subtly letting him know that she expected him to move Heaven and Earth for Kate and Dimitri to be able to celebrate his birthday.
It was clear that she's been effective seeing as they were leaving on the 26th without Tasha Ozera, who Viktoria also demanded that Abe didn't send a ticket for, despite being Christian's aunt.
The rest of the school and families would be arriving at night on the 28th, potentially after midnight. Mason and Eddie would be arriving with their own families with the rest of the people, despite having been offered the earlier flight.
