Chapter 39 

Happiness 

Someone who knows about my relationship with Renzo really makes me happy. Dahil yun naman talaga ang deserve ng isang Renzo Simon the world deserve to know how kind of boyfriend he is or how kind of man he is despite of his quiet personality. 

Hindi lang siya yung lalaking tahimik na kilala ng iba, he is more than that. He choose to be like that to watch the important people in his life. He may be quiet to the eyes of many but to the important people in his life he is different and I witnessed all that. 

"See, you look happy just by thinking of him." Ate Mendel said at umiling pa sa'kin bago humarap ulit sa salamin at hindi na ako nakapagsalita nang pumasok na yung parents namin kasama si Ate Ivory na nakaayos na din. 

"All of my daughters are beautiful." Mom said at ngumiti naman ako doon. For the past months I can see how my parents changed. 

I see how my Mom start to love hanging out with us na hindi trabaho ang iniisip and she is starting to act like a normal mom and Dad on the other side start to be protective of us just like a normal Dad would do and that makes me happy kasi nakikita ko na sinusubukan nila. 

"And if Markie is here, he will surely help me protecting all of you." Dad said at natawa naman kami dun because I remember how he said to Ate Mendel na icancel na daw muna ang wedding kaya nakadagdag yun sa wedding nila Ate because he realize hindi niya pa kayang makita si Ate Mendel na kinakasal at bubukod na sa kanila. Nadamay pa nga ako doon kasi ako ang naunang umalis ng bahay to live alone. But I know they understand me. They know me very well now. 

"It should be Ate Ivory who is getting married because she is old." I said at napatakbo ako sa likod ni Mommy dahil Ate is about to hit me at nanlalaki pa yung mata. 

"I told you, I'm not old!" she said at natawa naman ako while Mom is already trying to protect me from my sister. 

"You want me to say your age, sis?" Ate Mendel said kaya nawala na sa'kin yung tingin ni Ate Ivory. 

"Shut up, I hate you all." she said at inirapan kami at hindi sumimangot na lang. 

"But I heard there is something between you and Dr. Davids." Dad said at napatingin naman ako kay Ate Ivory na inirapan na lang kami at hindi na sumagot dahil mukhang nainis talaga sa'min. 

We just take some pictures ng maayusan na si Ate Mendel hanggang sa masuot niya na yung wedding gown niya and she never wants us to leave kaya kanina pa namin siya pinapanood dito while my parents is waiting for us down stairs na umakyat din naman nang ready na si Ate Mendel. 

"Sabay na kami ni Irene, Mom."  Ate Ivory said at inirapan pa ako kaya natawa na lang ako and wink at her. Hindi na kasi ako magdadala ng sarili kong kotse and we will use Ate Ivory's car at may driver naman kasi magkasabay ang parents ko at kapatid ko sa iisang sasakyan. 

We arrive at the venue and my sister stay in the car habang kami nauna ng pumasok ng simbahan and I saw Calix and Casper together. 

"Hi, what's up?" I greeted them. 

"Hey, Ms. Model! Ganda natin diyan ah." Casper said at tumawa naman muna ako doon bago may pang-asar na maisip. 

"Mas maganda na ba kay Raffy?" 

"Wala mas maganda pa din si Eya." he said at parang natauhan naman siya sa sinabi niya kaya natawa na din yung kapatid niya sa kanya at nagtalo na nga sila sa harap ko. 

"Take care of my sister, ngayon pa lang sasabihin ko na bago pa man kayo makasal." I said to Calix at tumango naman siya sa'kin and hug me. 

"Of course, and you can treat me like a brother." he said at tumango naman ako doon bago magpaalam sa kanila dahil malapit na magstart yung wedding. Nakarating na din yung ibang Rheinford at si Raffy na kasama sa entourage dahil pinilit ni Casper.
