Josh and Y/n came back from the beach house to there house to meet back up with Joshs dad.

Josh: hey dad wassup

Mike: hey guys where did you two go

Y/n: the beach house

Mike: oh okay that fun

Josh: Dad

Mike: yeah Josh

Josh: I just got you guys back

Mike: yeah what's wrong

Josh: why are you here?

Mike: cause you were in the hospital with an anxiety attack

Josh: I mean yeah but Y/n was with me you knew I was going to be okay

Mike: I mean your mother really wanted to come so I just stepped up

Josh: yeah but Dad I love you for coming but I'm good you guys don't need to come running every time there is something minor wrong with me

Mike: alright okay

Josh: okay

Mike: oh this is a bad time to tell you but Moms here

Josh: what

Mike: she wanted to see for herself that your okay so she's here

Josh: like in this house

Mike: yeah let me go get her

he left the room as josh sat on the couch with his head in his hands

Y/n: baby what's wrong

Josh: I just wanna be alone but alone with you that's my new definition of alone

Y/n: hey I do too and I love that definition but your parents just want to make sure that your okay

Josh: I know but didn't you tell them I was okay like why cant they just listen and stop interrupting our life because i was in the hospital for like 5 minutes it's not helping our growth together

Y/n: okay okay calm down my love

I straddled his lap as I hugged him and kissed his forehead

Y/n: be honest is them being here making your anxiety worse

he looked at me and sighed

Josh: yeah it really doesn't make any sense it's like

he took a deep breath

Y/n: it's okay

Josh: I just feel like with you your used to my anxiety and you know I have it but you treat me like I don't have it you know what I mean

Y/n: I mean yeah just because you have anxiety doesn't mean I'm going to treat you different then if you didn't have anxiety I love you either way

I kissed him and he kissed back

Josh: see that's what I mean anxiety is new to my parents and they treat me like I'm an eggshell that can break any moment that's why I don't like that there here is cause they baby me you don't
