Context: (M|n) tells Lucifer that Mammon has been missing for four days now. No one knows where he is. . .

Lucifer had been working intensively for the past few days. An important meeting with the student council was coming up, and he had to ensure that he completed some documents which described to the other student council members what would be changing in RAD. It was hard work indeed, and he hadn't rested, not even once.

He didn't notice how the bags were slowly developing under his eyes. His entire focus was on his work, and nothing more. He hardly left his study, and he was more irritable than usual. He just wanted to get the last of this done, so he could move on over to other pieces of work.

The demon tensed when he suddenly felt a human presence at his study door. He groaned internally, already knowing who it was. (M|n) had been bugging him a lot lately, telling him that he needed to take a rest. He turned the boy away every single time, but he annoyingly always came back every single day.

It was surprising that Lucifer hadn't snapped yet. His hands halted as heard the familiar knock pattern (M|n) always used before entering.

"Hey, Lucifer. . ." (M|n) murmured once the demon gave him entry into the study. Lucifer didn't like what he sensed off of (M|n). The human seemed very troubled and worried. Was he like this because he was working hard? He sure hoped not because he hated to worry (M|n) in any sort of way.

With a sigh, he asked, "What is it you require?" (M|n) gulped, fiddling with his fingers.

He looked down at his feet as he finally provided an answer. "I know you probably might've not seen him but. . . Do you know where Mammon is? I've grown really concerned about him. He didn't return for one night at first. I just thought he was gambling, and he lost track of time. . . But then he didn't return the second night. . . And then the next. Basically, what I'm saying is that Mammon hasn't returned back to the House of Lamentation for four days." Lucifer's eyes widened. (M|n) continued.

"I asked everyone, but they have no clue where he is. At first, none of them thought much of his absence either, but now we're all worried that something may have happened. . ." Lucifer let out a groan. Learning this sudden news put him in great unease.

Mammon had never been absent for so long. . . He put his work aside and hurriedly pulled on his coat.

"Tell me the last time you saw him, and we'll go from there."

Lucifer stared at the screen Solomon had brought up. The wizard put in Mammon's D.D.D. contact details and pressed enter. They watched as a sign showed up on the map where the demon's D.D.D. had last been turned on. Lucifer stared wearily, not liking where he saw the signal.

"We've located him! Foolishly, whoever took Mammon left his D.D.D. on. Should I go alert the others?" Lucifer shook his head as he got up.

"Don't tell them a word, I'll go alone." Lucifer stated. Solomon's eyes widened.

"Lucifer, you don't know what you're up against, are you sure this is how you want to go about this?" Lucifer got ready to head out.

"I don't want to get the others involved. They could get injured. . . And Mammon is my responsibility. He's my young, moronic brother. . ." Though Lucifer insulted the demon, there was a small frown on his lips. It was clear just how concerned he was for the demon.
