Context: You are a half-angel, half-human. Your secret must not be discovered. You and Simeon are close friends but you are beginning to get annoyed with how protective he is. . .

(M|n)'s eyes filled with tears as he clutched his mother's bloodied hand. She smiled weakly at her sobbing son. She reached out and placed her shaking palm against (M|n)'s cheek.

"It's okay, (M|n). . . Don't cry." (M|n)'s mother murmured. She hated to see him like this. The younger was in so much pain just by seeing his mother so hurt. (M|n) hugged his poor mother tightly.

"Can't they do anything?!" (M|n) exclaimed desperately. Alexandria let out a trembling breath. She could feel her body slowly shutting down on her. She forced herself to stay awake for a little longer, wanting to comfort her son.

"T-They can't, (M|n). . . I've sustained too many injuries." Alexandria murmured. She didn't want to leave (M|n) all alone. He didn't even have a father to turn to because. . . He was in the human world.

(M|n) was an illegitimate child. Angels were not allowed to reproduce with any other species besides angels. Alexandria had been given a mission years ago to investigate the human world and bring back as much information as she could.

She spent a whole year in the human world. . . She fell in love and fooled around with a human. She ended up becoming pregnant. She only discovered that she was carrying a child once she was back in the Celestial Realm.

Michael, her brother, found out about her pregnancy. He helped her hide this pregnancy from the angel higher ups. If they found out about Alex's baby, she'd be forever banished to the human world and her baby would be killed. Michael told her he would only help her out this once. After that, if (M|n)'s species was discovered, he wouldn't get himself involved.

It was absolutely unacceptable for angels to carry babies which contained both human and angel DNA, or demon and angel DNA. Alexandria gave birth to a healthy baby. (M|n) never knew that he was half-human.

Alex had never actually planned to tell him the truth since she believed that she would always be there to watch over her son. . . But now. . .

The only thing she'd ever told her son was to never open his wings. All angels in the Celestial Realm possessed white wings. (M|n)'s wings, however, were a bit different. The male had splotches of brown littering his huge, white wings. He would stand out from the other angels.

Also the higher ups would figure out that he was not a regular angel. They knew what half species' wings looked like since they'd dealt with them plenty of times before. They were stuck in a cruel mentality and stood firmly on the belief that half species were never allowed to exist.

Alexandria was so grateful that her son was alive. . . Alex shut her eyes for a moment, trying to catch her breath. (M|n) let out a startled scream, thinking that death had taken her.

"Mother?!" (M|n)'s voice shook. After a few moments, Alexandria opened her eyes once again.

"D-Don't worry. . . I'm not gone yet. I'm still here. . . (M|n), I need to tell you something of utmost importance." Alex whispered. (M|n) sniffled and wiped at his eyes.

"W-What is it?" (M|n) whimpered. Alexandria's eyes darted around the room. She was ensuring that no one else was listening to their conversation.

"(M|n). . . You're not fully angel. You're a half-angel. Your dad isn't dead. He's a human who lives in the human world." (M|n)'s eyes widened in shock at his mother's unexpected words. (M|n) knew very well that half species were strongly detested by many of the angels. So, he'd probably realise that his life was in danger if he revealed his wings. Alex coughed. Blood spilled from her lips.
