♡ Flint's POV ♡
I smiled as I commissioned another ice sculpture for my next commissioned party in about 2 to 3 weeks.
The ice sculptures that I commissioned always came out absolutely gorgeous, in such fine detail too. The creator of them deserve to be payed at least a fortune for their magnificent work. But they don't even ask even equal to their quality of their pieces.
I'm quite surprised that their pieces aren't expensive as they should be. It's even considered very cheap compared to other ice sculptures. Once, I found a ice sculpture that was at least double or triple the price but much worse quality and details in the ice sculpture.
Well, I just I'll plan out this party while I wait for the ice sculpture.
- Timeskip -
It's been 12 days and it has arrived. I gasped at how well it was done. It always looked like the real thing but in ice form. I requested a Inteleon for the sculpture and attention to detail is absolute perfect.
- Another Timeskip -
The party just finished and I was helping cleaning up the place. Then a thought struck me, ' The creator of those ice sculptures gave me such good products for quite a while now. Why not I donate some extra money to them for a thank you '. That's actually a good idea.
I just parted from the party place and went back to my house. I immediately searched for a envelope. Since, Why not be formal about this.
After I found a perfect sized envelope, I went to the creator's website and went to their "about" page. I found the mailing address and wrote it on a separate sticky note for later. Then I began to write my letter.
I finished off the letter, then I put at least enough to buy 2 weeks worth of groceries inside with the letter. I licked the envelope shut and neatly wrote the address on it. I brought the donation to the mailbox and then called it a day.
- Few day Timeskip -
◇ Robyn's POV ◇
I went out to the mailbox expecting junk mail again. But this time was different. There was only a formal looking envelope inside. I slipped it out of the mailbox. It sort of looked important.
I padded back inside my house. I carefully peeled the sealing off the envelope. There was a letter inside. I took it out but then a heck ton of money slipped out of it and landed near my paws. My eyes widened at the site but before I did anything, I read the letter.
It basically went on to thank me for my work and the money was also a part of the thank you.
I blinked my teary eyes and allowed small light tears to roll down my face. I looked down at the money. I picked it back up and neatly and softly put it back in the envelope. I put the envelope on my kitchen table before putting my two paws in front of my face and pressed them together.
I feel so honored. I never thought this would ever happen. I just expected to only get money for my sculptures and never any recognition.
I exhaled heavily into my paws. My smile stared to spread across my face. This makes me so happy. I should send this party host a letter back.
And that's what I did.
I sent it into the mailbox and went on to work on my passion again. My ice sculptures.
