Covering my mouth, I ran to the bathroom. Muntikan pa 'kong sumubsob sa inidoro, mabuti na lang at nahawakan ko ang gilid no'n. Hindi ko na naayos pa ang buhok ko kaya nalagyan na rin iyon ng suka habang mamatay-matay ako sa loob ng banyo. 

When I stopped puking, saglit pa 'kong naupo sa harapan ng toilet bowl at natulala sa kawalan. I shouldn't have drunk myself last night! Kasalan ni Madina 'to! Sinabi ko na nga'ng mababa ang alcohol tolerance ko, e!

Before I could say more bad words to her, I felt my head aching like crazy! Nasapo ko ang noo ko at saka napapikit. What now?! I still need to go to work! Hindi talaga dapat ako uminom kahit pinilit nila 'ko! This was my fault!

Halos kapusin ako ng hininga nang tumayo ako. Hindi ko inalis ang hawak sa bawat gilid na makikita ko upang suporta sa sarili. This was my first severe hangover, and I wouldn't let this happen again! I swear!

Hindi na 'ko lumabas ng banyo at tuluyan nang naligo kahit na hindi pa nakahanda ang isusuot ko. I arranged my body in the bathtub after putting soap in the water. I also made sure that it smelled good and the bubbles.

Kahit na kumikirot pa rin ang ulo, I went out of the tub and washed my body with clean water. I wore my white robe before getting out of the bathroom. Pagod na pagod ang katawan ko, ngunit naupo pa rin ako sa harap ng vanity table. 

Closing my eyes, I dried my hair using the blower. Nang matuyo ang buhok ko'y tinapat ko ang blower sa mukha ko upang magising. Kaagad akong napatayo sa init nang binubugang hangin no'n. I wasn't in the mood to do my makeup, so I only put powder and tint on my face.

Pinilit ko ang sariling tumayo at pumasok ng walk-in closet. Muling sumakit ang ulo ko nang makita ang napakaraming damit na naroon. Shaking my head, I went to get gray high-waisted skinny jeans and a white casual loose v-neck top. I wore it before going back to my room.

Wala na 'kong lakas para magpalit pa ng bag kaya ang dala ko kahapon ay iyon na lang din. I got my black purse on the bedside table before heading out. Wala na ang mga magulang ko kaya dumiretso ako sa garage.

I opened my chocolate flavor pocky inside my car before starting the engine. I ate two sticks before driving away. Habang nagmamaneho'y patuloy lang ako sa pagkain ng pocky. Ito talaga ang pagkaing para sa akin sa tuwing masama ang pakiramdam ko. I'd buy another stock later. Isasama ko na rin iyong strawberry flavor sa pagbili.

Daisy was waiting for me when I arrived at the lobby of the hotel. Automatically, my brow raised when our gazes met—asking what the matter was.

"I kept calling you, but you're not answering," salubong niya. 

I bit my lips as I got my phone from the purse. Naka-silent iyon at marami nga siyang missed calls.

"Is something wrong?" I asked as we walked towards the elevator.

"I'm waiting for your signal before starting to work with the debut you assigned me," she said when we entered the elevator. Siya ang pumindot ng second floor kaya nanatili akong nakatayo sa gilid niya.

"You don't need to wait for my signal. I already gave it to you, so all the decisions are in your hands now." 

The elevator opened, so I walked out. Nakasunod pa rin siya sa akin kaya tumigil ako upang lingunin siya. Daisy was shocked at my sudden action, but I only shrugged. Ganiyan din ako kay Mrs. Questro no'n.

"You're my assistant manager, but that doesn't mean that I always need to butt in. I have my own job, and you have yours. Believe in yourself, Daisy." I tapped her shoulder before walking to the office.
