Tommy makes his way to the car from Gia's house. "What took you so bloody long?" Arthur asks to get Tommy's attention. "I think I know why he was taking so long." John laughs before starting the car again. Tommy doesn't react or respond to either of his brothers and motions for them to go.

After some time, The brothers arrive at the Lee family base. Tommy's mind is always racing over what he can do to enhance his business, which is why he decided to take a detour and stop at the other Romani family's residence.

Every year the brothers Arthur, Tommy, John, and Finn go to the big fair that's about half an hour away. Tommy may not seem like a man who likes traditions, but this one is one he'd like to keep. That's why they kept driving after the deal was made and made their way to the fair.

While in Birmingham, Mr. Campbell is waiting for the right moment to signal his men to raid the houses in search of what's his. He had enough time to find any form of information on Tommy. Like the fact that he'd be gone for the whole day, which means that Birmingham is in its most vulnerable position. Tommy is a smart man, so Mr. Campbell knows their time is limited before all hell breaks loose, but it's still worth a try.

The church bell signals the start of the raid. Nothing is left untouched. Every ounce of the city is turned over, and everything is inspected. People are questioned and beaten. It's clear that the police are rounding up communists or anyone who seems slightly out of line.

But Gia and Polly didn't notice anything about that hell. They are both lighting their hearts in the same church that signaled one of the worst days for many of the people fighting outside. The only sound to be heard in the church is the high heels of Gia, who makes her way to a free seat in front of the big cross.

Polly is occupied with praying, but Gia's company doesn't go unnoticed by her. After some silence, the doors of the church break open. "A gentleman would take off his hat and put out his pipe." Polly states this as Mr. Churchill makes his way to the middle of the church where Polly is sitting.

"I see you specials only dare to come here when you know the boys are away at the fair." Polly continues. "You mean your nephews?" Mr. Campbell asks: Gia tries to mind her business, but hearing who she is for the man she saw this morning made her anything but interested in keeping on doing her task.

"With their guns and their razors? Is it them you're lighting candles for?" The man continues asking questions. "No. I'm lighting candles for the boys at the Garrison. Who lost their life in France." Polly answers quietly before looking back at him.

"There's a list there." She eyes him. "Look." She says more harshly. "I hear you didn't make it to France, Inspector Campbell." She stands up with her candle and walks up to the front of the church, not far from where Gia is sitting.

"You've heard of me?" He asks, astonished, for some reason. Gia keeps her head low for the sake of ensuring that the situation doesn't go differently. "I've heard of you." He keeps going.

"Is it the Holy Grail you're looking for?" Polly asks as she puts her candles in between the others. "As a matter of fact, It is the Holy Grail I'm looking for. Something precious. Something Stolen." He explains as he takes Polly's shoulders and holds her above the candles.

Gia decides to speak up. "Mr. Campbell, my dear friend. I didn't know you went to church." She stands up from her place to walk towards the pair. The moment he heard her voice, he let go of Polly and turned around.

"Miss. Changretta, I didn't know you were in town. You look great." He nods his head towards her. "Grazie. There are so many things we don't know about each other, dear. The last time I saw you were in my father's office, am I right?" She smiles slightly at him.

He nods at her. Gia moves her head towards Polly. "Now, that's not the way you should treat a lady. But it was good to see you again, my friend. Of you go." She lessens the man as he takes her hand and kisses it. Within seconds, he was out of the church.

"Are you okay?" Gia asks as her voice goes from venom to sweetness. "Euh yeah." Polly answers but doesn't look at Gia. She turns around and makes a cross with her hands before also leaving the church and Gia. Gia sighs and walks up to the candles. She sees two candles that aren't alight, so she lights them with another one before also making a cross sign and leaving the church with the couple of people that are inside.

The brothers childlike smie disappeared quiet fast when they saw the hell that was left of the raid from earlier today. Some houses were lit on fire, and the roads were undrivable as tables, chairs, and anything the coppers could grab were thrown on the street. They left their car and made the rest of the journey home on foot.

Aunt Polly is still home when the boys barge in and ask for an explanation. That's when she explains that the coppers told everyone that Arthur had agreed to Mr. Campbell's offer. "So, go on. drink your beers and get out. You better show people you are still the cock of the walk." She orders.

Everyone stands up and leaves, but Polly holds Tommy's arm and waits for the other ones to leave. "I was at church when this happened; he came to threaten me. There was a young woman in the church. The copper didn't recognize her at first, but when he heard her voice, his face went blank. This woman is carrying the name Changretta. She was treated like fucking royalty. You always know what's going on, so What is there that you're not telling me, Thomas?" She questions her nephew.

"Nothing you should be worried about, Pol. I'm going to go to Charlie's yard to take a look at the horse." He pats his aunt on the arm as he makes a mental note to thank Gia but also ask her not to get more involved.

Most people have calmed down as the evening came around the corner. Gia is working when little Finn comes in. "Gia, could you lift me up?" He asks in a childlike voice. Sure, little man, for what?" She asks him as she picks him up. "We're having a fire." He answers as he takes the picture of the King of the Wall and leaves with it.

Gia furrows her brows and follows Finn outside, where she sees them making a fire with only pictures of the king. "Tommy, you fucking genius." She mumbels to herself with a small mile playing on her lips. She can see Tommy talking to another man who's writing down everything he says. "Gia, get back in here!" Micky yells. "Coming." She turns around and walks in to help him out.

She directly understood what was happening. She had been reading the paper and saw a lot from the police's point of view, but now they were going to hear about Tommy Shelby, or, better said, the people. Because that's who some of them think he represents.

Tommy leaves the 'meeting' on his new horse. When he passes the factory, the horse goes wild because of the fire coming out of the factory. Gia is still cleaning up the Garrison from what the cops have left when she hears his voice. Most people have gone home, so she goes outside and sees Tommy trying to calm his horse down by putting his head against his.

The horse calms down fairly quickly, giving her extra confidence to walk up to it. She slowly places her hand on the white horse's nose. "In France, we used to say it's just the music hall band turning up." He tells her, referring to his horse getting scared. "What a beautiful horse you got there, Tommy." She looks up at him. "Beautiful indeed." He looks down at her.

He keeps on talking while also petting his horse, "I've got to thank you for helping my aunt, but it might not be the best idea to make your presence even more known to people we call the enemy." She nods at him and sighs, "I know, and you're welcome. I should probably get back to work." She grimaces and leaves him standing alone, feeling pity for her.

How can a man like him feel pity? He shakes his head and gets back on his horse.
