Gia's standing behind the bar when John comes walking in through the door. He sits at the bar and asks, "Gia, a whiskey." He looks stressed and out of this world. "Here you are. Why are you walking all over the place?" She asks him as he finishes his glass in one gulp.

"I met her." He looks up with a smirk. "Who?" She furrows her brows as she puts some beers on a platter. "The woman of my dreams." He snickers.

"Is that right? Well, cheers on you then." she smiles as she gives him a second glass of whiskey and goes to serve the beers. In contrast to before, he only takes a sip before disappearing into the side room.

Soon enough, the rest of the family makes their way into the garrison. They all don't waste their time before also disappearing into the side room that is connected to the bar. All except Tommy, who walks straight to the bar. "What can I help you with, Tommy?"

"water." He answers before she can even ask a question. She starts to laugh but stops rather quickly when she sees how serious he is. "I never thought I'd see the day." He only hums back and looks out the window.

"Is the whole family here?" He nods and drinks his water. She looks around the room before focusing back on Tommy. "Isn't it rather dangerous to leave the betting room alone without supervision from any of you?" He grins as he finishes his water.

"I didn't leave it without supervision, and we're not staying long." he answers with a nod before also leaving to go into that same room.

Something seems off about him today. Tommy is known to be cold towards others, but Gia likes to think that she might be an exception. Maybe it's because of the races a couple days ago?

Her train of thought is cut short when a little boy runs into the garrison, straight against Gia, who is cleaning a table. She takes him by the shoulders and crouches down. "Calm down! What's going on?" The boy is out of breath.

"It's Finn! He's stuck in Tommy's car. He said he heard something click when he sat down." Gia stands back up and ushers him to the side room. "Tell them to go back to the betting room. I think they've been done over." She doesn't waste her time before running towards Tommy's car.

Things like this happen all the time in New York. If one family wanted to get revenge on the other, they would do anything to be able to hit them. Like putting boms in each other's cars.

The family wasted no time after being informed by the boy. They all run towards the betting room to see that everything has been thrown upside down. Tommy has a lot more on his hands when he finds wire cutters lying on a desk.

In France, whenever they gave up ground to the Germans, they would plant booby traps set up with wires. They would leave wire cutters as part of the joke.

Gia slows down as she gets closer to Finn. "Kiddo, what are you doin'?" He explains, "I was pretending to be Tommy until I sat down, and now my foot is stuck." She walks closer to the driver's seat and sees that his foot is stuck under something that's been put on the pedal.

Before Gia can respond to him, she's interrupted by Tommy, who's yelling in the distance, "Get him out of the car." Gia notes the urgency in his voice. She asks calmly, "How did you get in the car?"

"This way." Finn points at the door on the passenger side. She asks, "Did you climb in or did you open the door?" He looks at the door in concern, saying, "I opened it." She nods before opening the door.

"We're going to play a game, okay? You love games, right, kiddo? You're not going to move until I get to you. You'll get some sherbet." She starts smiling at him. "Where did you put your foot?" Finn points at a place where Gia then puts her foot.
