Tommy walks into the Garrison to find Gia working behind the bar. He goes into the dedicated Peaky Blinders room, opens the little window between the two of them, and knocks as if she didn't see him come inside.

"A bottle of Irish whiskey and three glasses, please." Gia walks over to the window and gives him his drinks with a smile. He takes it and asks, "Still not coming to the races?"

"I never said that I didn't want to come to the races." She answers, making him smile. "Ask me the way a lady should be asked, and I'll say yes." she tells him as she leans on the bar.

"Well, lady Gia, would you make this man so honored to go to the races with him?" He asks her as he, too, leans closer to her. Mhh, what's in it for me?" She cocks her brow. "A good time with an honorable gentleman." He answers, mimicking her expression.

"Can you be a gentleman?" She asks as she picks up the towel and throws it over her shoulder. "I can be if I want to." He answers with a smirk on his lips. "Then I'll have to see which dress I'll wear." She looks back up at him.

Tommy grins from ear to ear. "I'll give you three pounds for a new dress." He gives her the money. "Only three? How much will your suit cost?" She asks with an interesting look on her face.

"I don't pay for suits. My suits are on the house, or the house burns down." He answers while closing the little doors.

Gia only works in the forenoon that day, so she decides to go walk her dog in the midday. Gia passes a pub called 'The Black Swan' and sees a man she recognizes from before in the Garrison walkout intoxicated.

Half of the men in Birmingham are intoxicated all the time. She didn't pay him any mind as she kept on walking her dog. In the worst case, she always had a gun on her, and she had Stella with her.

She feels him slumbering a couple of feet away, but she doesn't think much of it at first. Maybe he just needs to go the same way as her. Her dog turns around and starts to growl, making Gia turn around to see the man smile.

Of course, she doesn't smile back, and turns back around. That's when she hears the man yell, "Why aren't you smiling, love?" Stella starts to bark and tug at her leash.

She turns around to calm her dog when she sees that the man isn't there anymore. Her dog doesn't want to move, so she lets go of her. Stella runs into an alley, making Gia follow. She yells the dog's name, but not a sound is heard.

When she suddenly feels a hand go over her mouth and push her against the wall. "Fancy me, do ya? What are you? A copper?" He asks out of breath, making her cringe. She pushes him back and knees him in the balls. He falls to the ground, and that's when she sees Stella run towards him.

The dog jumps on the man, who is lying on the ground. She starts biting at his face. "Stella nein. Stella stop!" The dog backs up but is still barking at the man.

She calms her down and turns back around to look at the man. She sees that Stella has bitten his face off. His cheeks are gone, one eye is severely damaged, and his lips are split into multiple parts.

The man is moaning in pain and is close to falling into the abyss of despair and death. She takes her gun with a trembling hand before pointing it at the man and shooting him in the head.

She backs away to see what she has done to this poor man. He wasn't an angel, but he didn't deserve that. Her shaky hand finds its way to her lips as if she's trying to keep in a gasp. She puts her gun in her bag and slowly moves backwards before leaving the mess she made.

It has been some time since she killed a man. In the mafia, you have different degrees: boss, underboss, captain, and soldier. Because of her father, she never had to be a soldier, but she started as a captain.
