She's a businessman.

Her emerald eyes follow a couple on the dance floor. His deep blue eyes follow her gaze and land on the couple who are dancing.

He normally isn't stressed when the Peaky Blinders are in action, but ever since they've arrived and Gia got all frustrated, he has had this pit in his stomach that feels uneasy. That must be stress, right?

"Do you dance?" he asks her. "With suitable men, I do." He gets a response. She doesn't even bother to look him in the eye, and ends her sentence with a rather loud sigh.

"I'm suitable enough. On your feet." He smiles softly at her, hoping he will see her light pink lips in the same position. She finally looks him in the eye.

Her creased eyebrows show her concern. "Come on, we are here to have fun." He pulls her up by her hands.

She can't help it, but she still tries to hide her smile. He guides her to the crowded dance floor. She places one hand on his shoulder, and he places one hand on her waist.

Foot by foot, they get lost in the crowd. Their rhythm and passion go along with the music. She looks up to see that his eyes are already on her.

Her creased eyebrows are gone, making the pit in his stomach lessen.

In a flash of a second, she can see how deep her feelings for him actually go. She knew he could potentially be someone important for her when she met him three weeks ago, but she never could have imagined that he might feel the same way towards her.

The brightness of the light reflects on his white teeth as he grins. She is truly mesmerized by him.

He lifts his hand, and she beautifully turns 360 degrees for him. Their hands and bodies collide back together because of the force of her turn. In the room, there are only satisfied faces to be seen.

In the men's bathroom, there is a totally different vibe going on. The Peakys are doing a great job of warning the Lees. Ears are cut, and money is taken. As always, Tommy's plan has worked.

She could feel Tommy slipping his hand into his pocket to check his watch. "Either your right leg is stronger than your left, or we're making a getaway." She speaks up as Tommy is trying to leave the dancefloor in a not-so-subtle way.

"Neither." He answers seriously. "I'm not stupid. I know what's going on." She tells him stubbornly as he looks over her head to make sure people are not taking a look at them.

"I never said you were." He takes her hand in his and walks to a door on the side of the room.

"Why are you acting so serious?" She asks him as she takes her hand away from him. He takes her hand back and says, "I'm a businessman. I'm always serious."

He then opens the door for his brother after taking a last glance across the room.

His brother's look definitely didn't fit in with the rest, as there was blood and dirt on his button-up. The man with the moustache drops different sacks on the ground that sound like money.

He exchanges some words with his brother and then turns around to address her.

"Evening, ma'am." he greets her. "Of we go, ma'am." Tommy breaks off her train of thought. He lifts three of the five sacks full of metal and goes off.

She is too tired to run behind him like a lost dog, so she leaves his side to go to the bar.

Once a glass is handed to her, she turns around to search for Tommy. After a couple of men came by offering her drinks, she waved them off with her hand. She can sense an extra pair of eyes on her back.

Tommy gets called back to the conversation quite quickly. Soon enough, the conversation with Kimber is over. He makes his way over to her and doesn't say a word.

"Done good business?" Gia asks him with a cigarette lingering on her lips. The only response she gets is a smile.

His hand slides out of his pocket and around the glass she is holding. With one big sip, the content is gone.

"Are we already going?" She questions him. He takes her hand and says, "There is nothing here for us."

As they are walking to the car, she mumbles, "You do know that you're a very mysterious man?" On which he responds, "You do know the only thing that came out of your mouth this evening were questions."

Soon enough, they are in his car on their way back home. She isn't sure if she can call Small Heath home yet. It isn't where her heart is settled.

But she doesn't feel like leaving the place. Not because of the environment, but because of the man sitting right next to her.

She is thrown out of her thoughts as Tommy sighs happily. She looks over, and the light of the moon enlightens the best features on his face.

She doesn't let herself look any longer. She just can't. This isn't her. She would've never let a man walk over her like that in New York, but something about Tommy just made it impossible to say no to him.

As they arrived on their shared street, she stepped out of the car rather quickly.

She turns back around and tells Tommy a little louder, "Don't let it all get to your head. From a businessman to another."

With that, she turns around and goes into her house. Leaving Tommy in his thoughts.

She puts her vest away and walks into her living room. "Ah bella." she sighs as she takes a cigar out of its box and lights it before sitting down next to her dog. The smoke leaving her plum lips.

In exchange, until recently, her eyebrows were knotted. "Men can be so foolish sometimes." She sighs as she stands up, shaking her head. She opens a bottle of whiskey and undoes her dress on her way to her room.
