JENNIE POV.
"Where did you guys meet?" I initiated a conversation with Bobby, who sat beside me.
"Who?" he asked, a bit bewildered.
"I mean, you're friends with Bambam, right? How did you all meet or become friends?" I clarified.
"Well, Bambam and I have been childhood friends; we grew up together in Thailand. Jackson and Hanbin have been part of our group for a long time, and Rosé is Hanbin's cousin," he explained.
Out of curiosity, I inquired further, "So, what about Lisa?"
Bobby's expression shifted, taking a moment to respond. "Lisa is my sister, but we aren't as close as you might expect. The others I mentioned are closer to Lisa," he added, offering a faint smile.
The revelation of their sibling relationship caught me a little off guard. "So, are you living here in Seoul?"
"No, I'm just here because my mother asked me to check on Lisa."
"Where's your family home, then?"
"Thailand, that's where my family resides."
"How long have you been in Seoul?"
"A while."
I pressed for more specifics, "Can you be more precise? Like, have you been here for two months, a few weeks, or just a single day?"
Bobby laughed at Jennie's playful question, his warm laughter filling the air. His eyes remained locked onto hers, radiating an unspoken connection that felt magnetic.
Jennie, feeling a bit self-conscious under his gaze, lowered her head, and her cheeks flushed with a soft rosy hue. "Don't look at me like that... I can't look anyone in the eye for too long," she confessed with a shy smile.
Unfazed by her bashfulness, Bobby, with a mixture of confidence and gentleness, approached her. He extended his hand towards her, his expression tender and inviting. "May I have this dance with you, Ms. Kim?" he asked, his voice laced with charm.
Bobby's hand remained outstretched, and Jennie, still blushing slightly, placed her hand in his. In one graceful movement, he guided her to the center of the dance floor. With utmost care, he positioned Jennie's hand on his shoulder.
"Can I put my hand on your waist?" he politely inquired. Without waiting for a response, he softly placed his hand on her waist. They swayed to the sentimental music, lost in the romantic ambiance of the moment, their eyes locked in a shared connection, creating a beautifully harmonious sight on the dance floor.
"I told you not to drink too much," Lisa chided Seulgi, her voice filled with concern. She gently rubbed Seulgi's back as her friend struggled with the effects of overindulgence. Seulgi heaved, and another wave of nausea hit her.
Frustration flared in Lisa's voice. "You're making a mess. I'll wait for you outside," she said sharply, frustration evident in her tone. Lisa stormed out of the restroom, intending to wash her hands.
However, as she was about to begin, Seulgi's voice called her back. Lisa swiftly returned, supporting her friend. "Do you want us to go home?" she suggested, a hint of worry still in her voice. Seulgi shook her head, refusing to end the night prematurely.
"No, I just need some water," Seulgi requested weakly. Lisa nodded, offering her support, guiding Seulgi back to their table where a glass of water awaited her, determined to help her friend recover from her overindulgence.
Hanbin noticed their arrival and offered assistance, helping Seulgi to sit up.
Bambam expressed his concern. "What happened, Lisa?"
Hanbin chimed in with a chuckle, "Don't be too surprised. It seems you're not used to Seulgi's antics anymore."
Playfully, Jackson tested Seulgi, "Seulgi, what's my name?"
In her somewhat tipsy state, Seulgi answered with a touch of sass, "You fool!"
Her response triggered laughter from Jackson, who took it in good humor, as he often teased his friends.
Lisa glanced at Jennie's empty chair, noticing she was missing, along with Bobby.
"Lisa, right?" A voice chimed in, and Lisa turned to see Jisoo sitting beside her.
"Hi, I'm Jisoo. Nice to meet you." Jisoo handed Lisa a bottle of beer, which she accepted.
Lisa took a sip and suddenly her eyes were drawn to the sight of Jennie dancing with Bobby. His hands were gently on Jennie's waist, and Lisa found herself entranced by their chemistry. She hadn't even realized how quickly she'd finished the beer Jisoo gave her.
A teasing voice reached Lisa’s ears, "You like her?" She couldn't help but let out a soft laugh.
Before Lisa could answer, Jisoo added, "I can help you. But, on one condition, you help me figure out how to get Rosé." Jisoo's determination was evident.
Lisa pondered this proposition over another beer, then replied firmly, "No, I think that's a bad idea."
Intrigued, Jisoo moved closer and inquired, "Why?"
It took a moment for Lisa to respond, her voice unwavering. "If you want something, you have to go after it yourself. Otherwise, it will never truly be yours."
Meanwhile, Jennie and Bambam's friends hit the dance floor and began dancing wildly, fully embracing their intoxicated state. Laughter and cheers filled the air as they let themselves go.
Jisoo, always the life of the party, seized the moment and ventured into the center of the dance floor, grooving to the beat with irresistible confidence. Her friends cheered her on, reveling in the shared joy of their uninhibited dance.
Amid the boisterous dancing, Jennie suddenly sensed someone's gaze upon her. She halted her moves and turned, locking eyes with Lisa, who was standing not far away. The unexpected connection sent a shiver down her spine.
JENNIE POV.
Her intense gaze remained locked on me, and I couldn't help but feel a growing warmth on my skin. Those captivating eyes returned the attention, their magnetic allure creating a quiver in my core as I observed her enticing body language.
I can also see some girls eyeing her.
"What's going on in her mind?" I pondered.
Feeling compelled, I made my way to a corner where a group of men had gathered. I selected one of them without much thought, my eyes still drawn to Lisa. As I looked at the man who grinned rather foolishly, I rolled my eyes. This wasn't what I wanted, but I needed to determine if I had any effect on Lisa.
I gently placed my hand on his shoulder and whispered sternly, "Don't even think about touching me, not even a strand of my hair, or I'll leave you right here."
"I love your teasing, babe," he whispered in my ear, misunderstanding my intentions.
I was disgusted. He had no clue that I had just used him for my own reasons, poor man I'm sure his cock is small. I swiveled my eyes around in a disgusted manner, scanning the room for Lisa.
"Where did she go?!"
