It was a pleasant Saturday morning, and Jennie was eagerly preparing for the charity event. She chose an effortlessly chic outfit-a classic unbuttoned blazer paired with trousers and a simple t-shirt, striking the perfect balance between sophistication and comfort.

Jennie blow-dried her long black hair, applying just enough makeup to cover the signs of her long hours at the office. She finished her routine with a spritz of her favorite perfume, Chanel's Paris-Deauville, a zesty and refreshing blend of orange and basil leaf that Lisa adored.

As she admired her reflection, her phone vibrated with a message from V. He informed her that he had picked up Irene and Wendy and they were on their way to the event. Smiling, Jennie headed downstairs, eager to meet them at the venue.

Her spirits were high, buoyed by the anticipation of seeing Lisa the next day. The thought filled her with excitement as she stepped out into the crisp morning air.

Meanwhile, V, Irene, and Wendy arrived at the charity venue, their conversations lively and filled with anticipation. Wendy, in particular, was thrilled at the prospect of spending time with the children. "I love kids," she exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with joy. "I can't wait to play with them!"

V smiled at Wendy's enthusiasm, feeling a sense of pride in the event he had organized. They were all eagerly awaiting Jennie's arrival.

Jennie soon pulled up at the venue, her heart racing with excitement and a touch of nervousness. As she stepped out of the car, she was greeted by a 50-year-old woman, her eyes moistened with emotion.

"Welcome, Ms. Kim," the woman said with a warm smile. "I am so glad to see you here at the event. Mr. V and your friends are waiting for you inside."

Jennie politely thanked her and followed her into the building. As they entered, a deafening cheer erupted.

"Welcome, Ms. Kim!"

Jennie was taken aback by the sight of so many children, nurses, staff, and other guests, all celebrating her arrival. Tears welled up in her eyes, but she couldn't stop smiling. The children's joyful faces and warm hugs filled her heart with immense happiness.

The woman who had greeted her at the door, now introduced as the director of the organization, walked beside Jennie. "This charity was founded for kids suffering from cancer," she explained. "It is an honor to see you, Ms. Kim. We have been waiting for your visit for a long time. I am grateful for this opportunity to thank you and Ms. Manoban for being a part of this outstanding fundraising campaign. Many cancer patients have been given new hope because of your generosity."

Jennie was deeply moved by the director's words, but before she could respond, the director added, "A friend of yours organized this event. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have had the chance to thank you personally. Mr. V is also the sole sponsor of the cause."

Jennie's eyes widened in surprise as she scanned the room for V, but he was nowhere to be seen. After talking to the director, she was thrilled to hear that many children were now cancer-free and continuing to recover. She couldn't wait to share the good news with Lisa.

"Finally, you're here, Jennie."

Jennie turned towards the familiar voice and her smile grew even bigger when she saw V approaching with flowers, chocolates, and gifts in hand.

"Where did you go? I've been looking for you," Jennie asked, her curiosity piqued.

V handed her the flowers with an apologetic smile. "I'm sorry, I just went to get these gifts I left for the kids."

Before Jennie could respond, they were interrupted by the excited screams of children.

"Hey, popstar!" the kids shouted, rushing towards V.
