As my eyes fluttered open I took in my surrounding, allowing my hand to glide over soft sheets, only to realize it was cold on Lisa's side of the bed. I turned to see that she wasn't there, almost startling me. I took a deep breath, realizing that she was probably downstairs waiting for me to wake up.
Lying on my back, I gazed at the ceiling, my heart racing with anticipation. We were officially lovers, and the memory of our shared moments from last night still burned vividly in my mind.
The creaking of the stairs alerted me to Lisa's return. She appeared at the bedroom door, her presence instantly bringing a smile to my face.
Standing there in the doorway, Lisa leaned against the frame with her arms folded, a playful grin on her lips.
“Good morning, honey," she greeted flirtatiously.
I chuckled in pleasant surprise, her choice of words catching me off guard. Her adorableness was impossible to resist. "And where did you get that call name, huh?" I teased.
This time, Lisa's laughter filled the room. Her laughter was a rare and precious sound, one that could easily brighten anyone's day. It was contagious, and its warmth was simply magnificent.
Lisa approached me, moving slowly and gracefully, before eventually crawling onto the bed to be with me. Her brown eyes, so full of warmth and care, met mine.
Lisa's face drew closer, and I instinctively moistened my lips, my heart racing. She kissed me with a sweet "good morning" gesture, her lips sending shivers down my spine. Then, she playfully responded to my earlier question.
"You're mine now, whether you like it or not. I will call you honey."
The soft, hypnotic quality of her voice seemed to caress my ears, and I was more than willing to go along with whatever she desired. A smile tugged at my lips, and I cupped her face, kissing her again. "Yes, honey," I agreed, unable to resist her charm.
She reciprocated with that captivating smile that made my heart flutter. Her eyes darted to my lips, and she inquired, "Are you hungry?"
I pouted playfully. "You didn't even wake me up."
"I wanted to let you sleep," she admitted. "You were exhausted last night, so..."
"It's your fault for making me so tired," I countered.
Lisa laughed and shook her head. "Because you asked for more."
"Did I really?" I raised an eyebrow, feigning innocence.
Lisa laughed at my reaction and playfully commented, "You look sexy when you beg."
I grinned, enjoying her teasing, and replied, "Is that so? I'll remember that for later."
She leaned down and gave me a quick, sweet kiss before mentioning, "I made breakfast. We're leaving for work at 7:30 am. Come down whenever you're ready."
As she headed downstairs, I remained on the bed, feeling content and reassured about the decision I had made the previous night.
