The next morning in Jeju.

Lisa stood at the construction site, the noise of machinery and shouts of workers blending into a chaotic symphony. Dust filled the air as she surveyed the scene, her brow furrowed with frustration. She had been in Jeju for only a day, but the project was already encountering significant problems.

"What's going on here?" Lisa demanded, approaching the site manager, Mr. Lee, who was poring over blueprints with a deep frown.

Mr. Lee looked up, his expression mirroring her frustration. "We've hit a snag with the foundation, Lisa. The soil isn't stable enough to support the structure as planned. We need to re-evaluate the entire design."

Lisa's jaw tightened. "Re-evaluate? That will set us back by weeks, if not months. We can't afford that kind of delay."

Mr. Lee nodded grimly. "I know, but if we proceed without addressing this, the entire project could be compromised."

Lisa ran a hand through her hair, exhaling sharply. "Damn it," she muttered under her breath. She turned to the workers nearby, noticing their concerned glances. She needed to stay composed for their sake, but the weight of the situation pressed heavily on her.

She pulled out her phone, considering calling Jennie for some emotional support, but hesitated. Jennie had enough on her plate without Lisa adding to it. Besides, Lisa hadn't even had a chance to update her about the trip yet.

Taking a deep breath, she focused back on Mr. Lee. "Okay, what's our immediate next step? We need a solution that minimizes the delay as much as possible."

Mr. Lee pointed to a section of the blueprints. "We could start by bringing in a geotechnical engineer to assess the soil conditions more thoroughly. They might be able to suggest a way to reinforce the foundation without a complete redesign."

Lisa nodded, her mind already racing as she gave clear instructions to Mr. Lee. "Call the engineer immediately and get them here as soon as possible. Meanwhile, let's focus on advancing other parts of the project. We can't afford to have the whole site at a standstill."

Mr. Lee nodded, his face set with determination, and moved quickly to make the necessary calls. Lisa watched him go, the frustration still simmering beneath her calm exterior. She turned her gaze back to the chaotic site, feeling the pressure of the project deadlines and the responsibility weighing on her shoulders.

"Hang in there, Jennie," she whispered to herself, thinking of her partner back home. "I'll get through this, and we'll be together soon."

With renewed determination, Lisa dove back into the fray, ready to tackle the obstacles head-on and ensure the project stayed on track.

Jennie rushed into the company building, glancing at her watch and realizing she was late. As she entered, she noticed a group of employees gathered in the lobby, their excited chatter filling the air.

"Wow! I hope he applies here and ends up in our department," one woman exclaimed, clearly impressed.

"OMG! He's so handsome I should break up with my boyfriend," another woman playfully shouted.

Jennie couldn't help but smile at the enthusiastic compliments from her colleagues. It seemed someone special had made quite an entrance.

Once she reached the VIP elevator, Jennie pressed the button for her office floor. As the elevator ascended, she couldn't help but feel intrigued about the person everyone was talking about.

When she arrived at her office, Jennie called her secretary to review her schedule for the day. Her secretary informed her that someone was waiting for her at the reception area.
