The day went by quickly and before we knew it was already the next day. Yesterday I let my parents buy a laptop for Clay which I was going to give on a good moment. Clay seemed to be really happy, he was smiling a lot and enjoyed every single thing that we did. Even eating together with my family was a highlight of his day.
Today we were going to the swimming pool and Clay was standing in front of the mirror in his new swimming trunks. He was looking at himself with a smile.
'I think I gained a bit of weight,' he said proudly as he pointed at his bare chest.
'You look beautiful,' I said as I looked at him shortly. I glanced back at my phone again and heard Clay giggle softly.
'Does it fit me well?' he asked with a shy look in his eyes. 'I really like it, but maybe you think it's not that amazing.'
'I like it too, Clay. You look good.'
Clay smiled happily and sat down on the bed next to me. I got a bit flustered since he wasn't wearing a shirt and blushed as he cuddled up with me.
'I'm so happy to be here, I don't think you understand how happy this makes me.'
I laid my phone down and smiled. 'I'm really happy that you are happy, as soon as you are happy then I'm as well. I'm going to change to my swimming trunks too.'
I didn't feel like leaving since Clay didn't leave either to change. I pulled off my sweats and quickly put my swimming trunks on over my boxers as I pulled off my shirt to look if it fit.
'Is it good?'
I turned around to show Clay, but he was already staring at me. He seemed to be zoned out and I left it for a little, sitting down next to him again. He seemed to be startled and then looked at me, noticing our faces were really close.
I didn't pull away, I just looked him in the eyes and cupped his face as he did the same to me. He moved a bit closer, pulling me closer to his body to make our chests touch. As he did that, I could feel his very fast heartbeat, mine was also way quicker than it normally was. Both our faces were really red and before we both realised, we started leaning in.
I could feel Clay's quick breath on my skin as his mouth stood slightly agape. I had my lips pressed together and Clay rubbed his thumb over them to make me relax a bit. He smiled and leaned in more, closing his eyes. I did the same as my heart was literally going to explode. It was beating so fast that I was a bit out of breath.
I felt Clay's lips press on mine, having my stomach fill up with the most butterflies I had ever felt in my entire life. His soft touch onto my cheek and his soft lips kissing mine, it was like a dream, but then in real life. I was waiting for myself to wake up, but I didn't. It was real.
Clay let our lips move in sync and made me feel comfortable by rubbing my cheek and holding my hand. Just as we were kissing for around three seconds, the door suddenly opened.
I immediately broke the kiss and looked at the door to see both my siblings walk in. My face flushed even redder than it was a few seconds ago and I sat up as I realised that they saw us kiss without our shirts on.
'Uh- you have to knock,' I muttered. 'That door isn't there for nothing, idiots. I know you are dumb, but please, just knock.'
My siblings were laughing loudly. 'You were kissing!'
'Can you please shut up about this? I don't want mum and dad to know,' I whispered awkwardly. 'Please.'
'Why can they not know?'
'Because uh-,' I started.
Clay smiled at me and stood up. 'You can talk to them, I will go downstairs for a little.'
I nodded relievedly and Clay walked off. I grabbed my siblings' hands and pulled them closer to me. 'Can you please keep this a secret?'
My sister nodded. 'But why? I will keep it a secret, but what's wrong?'
'I was kissing a boy,' I muttered. 'I haven't talked with Clay about this yet and it's more that he's a boy.'
'What's wrong with him being a boy?'
'Nothing is wrong, but mum and dad don't know that I like boys.'
'But I don't understand why they can't know that, I liked a boy once,' my sister muttered.
I grabbed her hand. 'Mostly boys like girls, when you like a boy as a boy, then there's a term for that. That means that I'm gay and I find it very hard to come out for.'
'Why do you have to come out for being gay?' my brother asked.
I smiled. 'I don't know either, it's just something people do, because most parents expect their children to like the opposite sex, but I don't.'
'Do you like Clay?'
'I will only answer this if you promise me to keep this a secret to our parents and definitely to Clay.'
My brother nodded heavily. 'I won't tell them anything.'
'I really like Clay a lot, I'm in love with him.'
'I think that's very cute,' my sister said. 'And you kissed, then he likes you too, right?'
'I don't know,' I muttered. 'I hope he does, but we haven't spoken about it yet.'
'Okay,' my brother said as he gave me a hug.
'I know I may call you annoying sometimes, but you're actually the greatest siblings I could have wished for. I love it that you're so accepting and sweet, thank you for keeping this a secret to everyone for now.'
'I love you,' my brother muttered as he gave me a hug. My sister did the same and after we hugged for a bit, we stood up to go downstairs after I pulled on a shirt.
Clay was sitting behind the table with his shirt on of course and I sat next to him with a blush on my face. He smiled as well as he locked our hands together.
