Big Red's POV
"You're pretty tired, huh?" I hugged Ashlyn during the movie we were watching.
"School's too long." She whined, hugging me back. "And Jaylee's too loud."
"Well, you know, feel free to fall asleep." I smiled.
"Mhm." She smiled and closed her eyes, already starting to fall asleep.
"I love you." I whispered.
"Love you too." The movie kept playing for about 10 minutes before the doorbell rang. I paused it, laid a blanket over Ashlyn and gently got off the couch, and opened the front door. "Uh... what are you doing here?" I asked Jackson.
"I'm here for Madeline."
"Fine, come in, just be quiet. My girlfriend's asleep." I sighed, opening the door more for him to come in and going back to Ashlyn. I put my arm back around her, gently playing with her hair.
"Morning." She mumbled into my shoulder.
"Go back to sleep baby." I hugged her.
"Mkay." She agreed, hugging me tightly as she cuddled into me. "You sleep too."
"Sure." I agreed, though I didn't expect to fall asleep. Peacefully sitting there with Ashlyn, I fell asleep pretty quickly though.
"Where are you going?" I whined, squinting at Ashlyn. She had woken me up getting off the couch.
"Bathroom. And getting water."
"Don't go." I complained. She smiled.
"Be right back. I love you." She leaned over and kissed my forehead.
"Fair enough." I grinned. "Love you too."
"See you in a minute."
"Yep." I said, but fell asleep before she was back.
