Within minutes, Rou and Fleur were at the cafeteria, ready to announce the plan. "My squad! Please come see me outside!", announced Rou. The squad did as told and exited the room hastily, especially considering Rou had his staff in his grasp. "We have a plan for when we go out, be sure to listen in.", he continued to declare.
Aster had gotten used to Rou being slightly more commanding around his subordinates over the past few days. Initially it was quite a shock, but now he'd gotten into the swing of things. "You will be split into 3 groups, 1 with me, 1 with the boss and the other will be led by Aster, one of your own.", Rou stated clearly.
Him? In charge? Aster couldn't believe Rou trusted him to the point he was practically his right hand man, but he wasn't going to let his capo down. "Demitris, Ophelia and Selina, you'll be with me.", Rou was announcing the groups, hopefully Aster gets a good one. Demitris blushed on finding out he would be working with his superior.
Rou carried on, "Working with Sir Edward will be Leon, Adelyn and Kelvin, don't disappoint me!". It was almost Aster's turn, he looked at his team and wondered if they'd be strong enough. "That leaves Aster, Tamara, Hayden and Simone working together. Each of us will be searching in different quadrants.". Rou sighed, having finally announced everything.
As soon as Rou had stopped talking, Edward entered the room with 4 ravens. "I assume these are to communicate between groups?", Aster questioned. Rou butted in before Edward could insult him, "Why yes, each raven has a different coloured ribbon on its leg so we know whose group it's from.".
Due to the interruption Edward took Rou by the ear and whispered to him, "Why on earth are you letting the intruder get away with that?" he asked the blue haired man in a threatening tone. "I don't want your bias getting in the way of the operation sir.", Rou whispered back. Their encounter confused those who couldn't hear. "What the hell are they going on about?", Aster thought.
Fleur and her regime were also exiting the cafeteria with news of the plan, the elf girl was taken off guard with the sight she witnessed. "Rou, what are you doing? You better not have disobeyed sir Edward...", she enquired. "No, not at all Fleur, he just needed to say something to me privately.", replied Rou, not wanting Fleur's anxiety to get in the way of the mission.
"With that out of the way, shall we be off then?", said Edward. At the boss's word, 3 out of the 4 groups followed their leaders out of the mansion, the exception being Aster's group. With the group being stood still and not doing anything, Aster questioned his fellow soldiers.
"Do you think I'd be stupid enough to follow one of the youngest members of the squad? Let alone someone known as 'intruder'. As if I'm letting you lead me!", Tamara yelled at the black haired boy. Aster had enough of this beat during training, so he responded accordingly. "Now listen here pipsqueak! Rou trusted me to lead you guys to scout a greater area. If you don't trust me that's fine, but not trusting Rou could get you killed! You understand, brat?!", he shouted.
Tamara was extremely shocked at his reaction, he really was serious. The small girl couldn't think of a better response, so was practically speechless at Aster's nerve to set her straight. "Y-you...", she could speak with the steer authority he had over her, to a greater extent than Rou ever cod muster to shut her up. "I'll follow you lead...", said Tamara, amazed.
Aster's group followed behind the others to their assigned search area, which was pin pointed on a map by Rou and Fleur. Who knows what the might encounter? Could they land in combat? Or would this search be a walk in the park? Aster was just going to have to live through it.
