Chapter 2: Threatened with a sword

Aster gasped briefly at the fact a sword was being held to his throat being mere inches away from death. "Explosion, you mean me crashing into this place? Yeah would hardly call that an explosion but you can say whatever you'd like..private land? Seems simple enough, I was brought here against my will after all. Huh? What's the matter, what's with the jump?" He turns around to see an immensely tall human looking person looking over him at his surprise.

"W-Woah! I didn't even sense anybody near me besides this girl-" He quickly shuts up, his own fear overwhelming him, his throat feels like it's being choked on not being able to speak "T-To the mansion...? Well it's not like I can object I'm not looking to die today. This is such a pain in the ass, and I've been here no less than 5 minutes..." He gasps again as Fleur grabs his arm. He was surprised at how fast she was bringing him inside. "W-What's happening?! What's with the rush, I know I was scared by that guy too but why the speed..?"

Craqq was listening to their conversation. "A new voice. That was weird. So it must be an intruder, right? And was that Fleur and Edward? Something definitely wasn't right." Regardless, the need to return to duty came all too soon, and within a moment, he was back to his post, sword gripped tightly in its heath, should the complex need defending.

"You trespassed on Okumura territory, boy. If I'd like I'd have you killed right where you stand." Edward walks slowly back to the mansion. "Ah, Fleur? Is Rou still around? I value his opinion and would like him present to decide this...trespassers...fate.". Aster sternly stared at the tall man, "Don't tell me you're getting your lackeys to do all the work...", he murmured. Edward looked back with an intimidating glare, "He's one of my most loyal caporegime, I value his opinion on this matter.", remarked the boss.

Fleur turned around, looking straight at Edward with a nervous and flustered expression. "I-I uh! Yes! ROU!! ROU!! COME HERE!!" she yelled her voice cracking her cheeks turning a bright red looking back at Aster in a panic, putting her finger to his lips and shaking her head. "Do not question Edward..! He's..um very important!" She stressed in a low whisper letting go of his arm. She stood a lot further away from him, Fleur didn't like new people who acted the way he did, she was more than intimidated by the pair, it didn't help she was so short.

Rou was on the first floor, "Seems the boss needs me, Fleur wouldn't be shouting if it weren't on his orders.", he said to one of his soldiers. "You'll have to do the assignment without me.", he added. The hooded soldier nodded and rushed off as Rou ran down the stairs at Fleur's call. "Usually when she's this loud there's a serious problem, hope Fleur's okay.", he thought. At the door he observes someone unfamiliar, shorter than him in stature, through his analysis of the boy's expression he could see there was a high likelihood he had innocent intentions. "Fleur, you needed me?" He calls in a slightly fearful tone, ancipiting context on the situation.

Confused what Edward means in an also ticked off tone but being careful, Aster called out. "Trespassed?! Like HELL did I trespass! You heard that conversation. I was transported here, if I had the choice I'd have landed away from this mansion. You nor this girl have any right to attack me let alone kill me! Don't question...I have every right to question. I was summoned to this place against my will, and within the first minute I'm on death bed. I could've been dead without anybody talking to me, all against my will too. Tch, someone else Hm? I bet they're gonna treat me as if they're gonna kill me..if it's gonna happen may as well get it over with despite the fact I'm completely innocent!" He mumbled to himself "Just like Tiliac.."

Edward's head tilted slightly, looking back at Aster from the shadows. "You should watch your tongue, child. Everything you say here will be used against you." He spoke in a soothing yet unsettling tone- holding back on impulse to take the sword from Fleur's hands and pierce it through Aster's chest. He then turned to the new arrival. "Ahh Rou! Good to see you here."

Fleur blinked curiously watching him threaten the boy, she felt nothing but respect for Edward, he was so cool!! She saw Rou and nodded quickly "Yes! YES! Edward wants to see you!!" she said the stress got to her head. As she heard Aster's words she hung her head ashamed, mouthing "Sorry..." she didn't know what she was doing. The pink haired girl awkwardly messed with her hands "Um! I shall take my leave now sir! Please talk to me! I mean...um...call me when I am needed for duty!"

"Watch my tongue..please, it's not like I can do anything that won't be biased against me, right? This is all gonna be a stupid setup to give me a "justified" killing. I'm used to it all, I saw it enough on my home planet. And after thinking about it all, all of you. Especially you." Looking Edward in his eyes, he grumbles. "Go to hell. And you." Talking to the pink haired girl, he attempted to console her "It's obvious you didn't want to raise a weapon to me. Speak your voice a little, maybe it'll help once in a while."

Fleur waved, walking up the stairs, dragging her sword behind her as she walked into her room, shutting the door and throwing her blade into the wall with dark eyes. "Asshole..." She muttered laying on her bed in a huff.

"Boy. I have not yet decided whether or not I want to kill you. You are testing my patience and are making me consider it." Edward hissed, on the verge of using his powers just to control the nuisance. "Rou. Help me get him to my office. I want to hear him out in an environment where he can't lash out at anyone."

"Yes sir" With a neutral expression on his face, Rou began dragging the newcomer to Edward's office. Shoving him into a chair, not feeling any guilt tieing his hands to it, sitting across him, leaving a seat for Edward and looking harshly at Aster. "Newcomer, interesting? And if I'm right I'm in charge of your fate?" Suspense casted upon the room, Rou was the only one who knew whether this man was to live or die. "Considering the extent of your entrance, I believe you might have potential to change the course of this organisation. Of course, I as someone rather insignificant around here may be wrong in my predicament, but I don't feel as if you should die right away. I'm keeping a close eye on you, as if you do turn out to be an intruder, I'll be sure to freeze you..."
