The Book of Judgement
It would have been good to close the book on this open case
But that's not easy when considering the eradication of an entire race
We have turned this page before
Why do we keep knocking at their door
I might feel more optimistic if occasionally they awoke
I'm beginning to wonder if mother nature thinks this is a bad joke
We heard the case of Adam's apple
It was a difficult one to grapple
Then there was Noah's Ark, and it was, give or take
So, we drowned the lot and turned the place into a boating lake
The irony is, we used a flood, now they are making one of their own
But all they do about it is sit there and play on a mobile phone
Well, here they come, judgment has been made, the jury is out
It is now or never, just one more chance was the shout
God in heaven, are you insane
They will only do the same again

I don't actually believe anyone is watching, this screw-up, is down to us and we are the only ones who can fix it, so don't expect a benevolent deity to come and save the world from humanity's insanity.
