A summer twenty twenty-one challenge to remember
Long summer's days have been dedicated to
A labour of love
By any standards, it has been a marathon, not
Only for the writers who have persisted, no matter the odds
Under extreme pressure, our guardian angel has not succumbed
Rights across continents, oceans the challenge has roamed
Our best efforts have been channelled in the Poets Pub's direction
For better or worse we have written chapters and verses for our
Labour of love
Our reward is received from taking part, making new acquaintances and if you are
Very lucky some friends
Everyone has played their part, my highlight was the collaboration in Volume 1, of the Achievement Hunter Challenge.
