"I found the other pair." I heard a muffled voice in the distance as I started walking towards it. I finally found the place and entered.
"How in the name of god did my other shoe end up in the laundry room? You know what I don't even want to know." I added after I saw the deep red his cheeks turned into again. Then with another thought I blushed and asked, "I still need one more thing."
"Oh what else is left?" He asked, suddenly interested. "You found your dress, your coat was on the couch, I think your purse is on the bedside table, what else is left?" He said, his eyebrows knit in concentration trying to recollect. Much to my dismay the ignorance that came with having a penis must have been clouding his judgment.
"What is left you ask? My inner wear, darling." I said with an obvious tone, as I hit myself a little inside at the unrequired wit I just let out.
"Your..oh..oh right. I remember." With that his volume reduced and the red in his cheeks returned, great. With that he gently turned and opened the washing machine placed directly behind him and took a pair of jeans out. My confusion turned to horror when he pulled out a familiar looking fabric from his pocket. And at this moment I was in a dilemma, did I want to jump him more, or jump out the window? How bloody hot and shocking can a person be at the same time. He extended his hand to me as I gingerly picked up the last bit of dignity I had from the palm of his hand. I dramatic irony of the situation made me feel like I deserved my own stage production, rated R obviously. And even after all that I was still missing a bra.
"Your bra is tied to the bed post, if you didn't notice." He coughed. How this man still let me be in proximity to him was a mystery, his body guards would probably kick me all the way to Scotland.
"Thank you." I said politely and just turned around to walk to his room. I should really consider this morals thing everyone is always on about.
