[ y'all I found another cottage core one^]

Y/n pov

Me and Taylor swift are doing a collab on a song and I couldn't be more nervous. Not only is she an amazing singer, but she's also blatantly gorgeous, anyone who's  met her would know that. The issue is, I know when in the studio, I'm gonna be crushing so hard on her. I know she's probably straight, but a girl can dream right?

I arrived outside the studio and opened the door. While walking through, I see the room in which I'm supposed to be going inside and walk in. I'm immediately welcomed with a warm smile and a hug, bringing some of that nervousness down to a minimum. Her hugs felt soft yet safe, as if I'd known her for years, "Its so nice to finally work with you!", Taylor squealed. I giggled and nodded, "I know. I'm...way too excited", I joked and she laughed. Sitting down, her producer got out a few lyrics and sounds that taylor has discussed with me about before. We've met, just haven't officially worked together yet. I started to sing what I was supposed to, whilst doing so I couldn't help but notice her observant gaze on my body. It made my heart skip multiple beats, creating a struggle for me to keep singing with skill. Afterwards, I sat back down on the small couch, "You sound amazing, seriously", Taylor said. "Aw thanks", I smiled.

A little while later, everything is completely written and sung, there's nothing left to work on. So, everyone leaves for the afternoon content and happy with our progress. As I was about to go, I looked at the piano and sighed. This whole time I really wanted to hear the song on the piano, but forgot to ask. So I quickly set my stuff down and sat infront of the instrument. I was just going to play quickly then leave. I have to admit, I'm not the pro-est when it comes to pianos, but I am able to play. I rested my fingers on the keys before playing a tune and softly humming.

Suddenly, the door opened and taylor appeared. "Oh. So you wanted to hear it on the piano too?", she asked. "Yeah", I chuckled. She sat down next to me, and pathetically, butterflies flutter around in my stomach. "I heard a bit. It sound really good, but maybe try doing this instead of that", she then placed her hands atop of mine and moved them accordingly. Her body was brushed up against mine and my hands were in hers; I feel like passing out. "Alright now play it this time", she smiled. I did, and she was right, It did sound better. "See, your a natural at piano", she said. "If that's what you want to call it", I giggled and continued to play.

When we were done and glad that we heard it on a other instrument, we started to say our goodbyes. "Okay, bye babygi-y/n! See you soon", she stuttered. "Bye, talk to you later!", I waved. While walking out if the doorway, like an idiot, I tripped on spilt water. Luckily, taylor caught me by the waist. She hands were strongly placed on my hips and her body was pressed against mine. For a second, we both didn't move. Maybe it was because we wanted to be like this, or because she needed to register what happened. Either way though, I'm not complaining. "Sorry", I said and blushed. "Dont say sorry, there's no need to too", she said and then looked down, to realize she was still holding onto my waist. "Right. Okay, have a good afternoon", I said and walked out the door after she gave me a hug.

When I got to my car, I reached into my pocket to grab my phone, when I felt a folded piece of paper. I pulled the note out and it read: I really really like you, mind going out sometime? Here's my number if you wanna text me *** *** ****. I squealed a bunch as a wide smile was painted on my face. I quickly got her number into my phone and raced home so I could text it.
