Y/n pov

"TAYLOR", I called out to my wife once she got home from the Jimmy Fallon interview. She was still wearing her outfit, "gorgina!", I gushed at her with a smile once she walked into the bedroom. She was holding her heels in her hand before setting them down on the closet floor, "hello baby", she sighed. "What happened?", I concerningly asked her, "oh nothing, I'm just tired", she told me then sat on the end of the bed. "Already? It's only 2 pm", I looked at the clock. "I know", she said. I crawled over to her and sat on her lap facing her, "well, what do you wanna do?", I asked while taking out her pony tail and her earings for her.

"I don't know", she sighed again, I continued on to unzipping her dress making her giggle, "seems like you do though", she told me. "Huh? Oh, no, I'm just helping you baby", I said and pulled the dress down until it rested on her waist. Her bra was now exposed and it gave me an open opportunity to kiss her bare shoulder lovingly. "Well, it's only fair if you mirror me, put your arms up Love", she told me I did as told. I raised my arms for her to pull off my shirt and toss it away, "so pretty", she mumbled into her returned shoulder kiss.

When she pulled away I ran my fingers through her hair slowly, "you hungry?", I asked her, "for someone or something?", she smirked at me, "something, silly", I told her. "I just want a taco", she told me, "then let's go, vamos!", I told her and got up, completely forgetting that I wasn't currently wearing a shirt. "Sure, once you put on a shirt", she chuckled at me, "oh, right", I said found a random shirt to put on, while she found a casual outfit to change into.

We got in the car, drove to taco bell, drove back home, then sat at the dinner table. "Is this early dinner or late lunch?", I asked her as I took out the tacos from the bag. "Ummm a late-lunch-dinner", she morphed the two things together and took a bite of her hard shell taco. "Yeah", I agreed and took a bite of mine, "so, can we watch the short film again?", I asked her about the All to well short film she showed me as soon as she was done. "Babygirl!", she squealed as I asked to watch it for 10th time, "what? It's good", I said. "Fine but this is the last time", she told me and continued eating, "you said that last time, so I know exactly what you'll say after I ask for the 11th time 'All too well' ", I referenced making her roll her eyes.

She wiped her mouth with a napkin, "he asked me about you", she said. "Who?", I asked, "Jimmy, he asked if you were planning on coming on the show any time soon", she told me. "And what'd you say?", I asked back, "oh I just told him maybe, but do you wanna go back on?", she asked me.

"Maybe.", I smiled and took another bite until I was done. "Whats your favorite sounds?", I asked her, "we're married and you don't know my favorite sounds?", she asked me, "Its a question.", I told her. "Hm, you screaming my name, cats meowing, guitar acoustics, and Sand paper scratching", she said. "And yours?", she said, "heart beats, clock ticking, ceiling fan sounds, dead leaves crunching, your voice, and thunder", I said, "Oooh yeah, I like all those too", she told me, "obviously", I sarcastically remarked. "Why do you like those sounds?", She asked me. "Well, Heart beats symbolize life and they always remind me to keep going. clock ticking reminds me of all the time I have instead the time I don't. ceiling fan sounds were the thing that got me to sleep when I was younger, it made me feel safe. Dead leaves tell me fall's here, and I love fall. Your voice is perfect. And thunder used to drown out my parents fighting back then, so I didn't have to hear it", I told her. "Awe, babylove", she cooed and rubbed my arm soothingly.

Random days like these got us through some tough stuff, even if we were feeling it. It brings us together in the end regardless, and I couldn't be any more happy with it.
