Wonderful rainy day

Right now there's a pretty bad thunderstorm outside with heavy rain. I just finished adding garnishes to the dinner which was pasta and meatballs, and was waiting for taylor to come home. As I heard the garage door open I set the square plates on the table, and poured some white wine in the glasses. I had a strong feeling she'd be dripping water all over the place. soon, the door opened and in came a soaking wet taylor. "Aw baby, you got all wet", I chuckled and went to go grab her a towel. I handed it to her and she wiped off her arms and face before rubbing it on her hair; completely messing it up. But she looked so cute it was hard not to giggle. "How'd you get this wet??", I asked. "Well, my umbrella broke. And it's raining cats and dogs outside right now", she said. I got closer to her, so close we could kiss, and ran my fingers through her damp hair, "adorable", I said which made her take my hand and kiss my wrist.

"I had a feeling you'd come in here drenched in water so I already have clothes for you. Its laid out in the bed", I told her, "thanks babygirl", she said and kissed my lips before rushing upstairs. I sat down at the table waiting for her to come back down. She came back down with a new set of clothes and a bright smile. "This looks delicious baby", she smiled at me. "So, how far along did you get with your new song?", I asked. "Oh yeah, pretty far actually, we're almost done", she said. "Thats good, I'm thinking about touring again", I said. "Woah, okay. I mean, as long as I can come. Cuz no way in hell am I gonna go without you for months on end", she said seriously. "Dont worry baby, I wouldn't want it any other way", I told her.

When we finished eating, she had a smirk on her face. "Why are you smirking like that?", I asked her cautiously. "Because, while I was out, I got you something", she said and stood up. "C'mere", she said and grabbed my hand to lead me to the mirror. "I got you this", she said and took out a beautiful necklace: it was a small squared emerald pendant surrounded by diamonds and white gold. I had wanted it so bad because my mother had given me one almost identical to this before I left for foster care, I never saw her again, but I lost the necklace and I was devastated.

The only thing was that it was 44k and I thought that I didn't need to drop that much money for myself. "I-i know its not the same but-", "Oh my gosh taylor its gorgeous but you didn't need to....", I gushed. She just shook her head and lifted my chin so I looked at her, "I know but I love you so much, and you deserve everything and anything. This was just the least I could do", she told me and I kissed her. The kiss wasn't lustful or hungry it was pure love nothing more, nothing less. When we pulled away she gently turned me around to face the mirror. She unpinned the necklace and moved my hair away. While she put the necklace around my neck she began to kiss my exposed shoulder. Her warm body pressed right up behind mine, her soft lips trailing across my shoulder and my neck; they all gave me butterflies.

When she was done putting it around my neck and stepped away, I could see how amazing it looked. "και σου φαίνεται ακόμα καλύτερα, όμορφη [and it looks even better on you, beautiful]", she said in Greek. All I could do was smile and wonder how I got a girl this perfect. "I chose a movie to watch, its a horror movie", I told her. "Oh, okay", she said. We sat down with the cats and pressed play on the scary show. Throughout the whole thing I was clutching onto her, spite this being my idea. Although I was scared, I was also tired and accidentally fell asleep. So carefully, taylor shut off the TV and lifted me up. She carried my body up the steps and laid me in bed before climbing in next to me. I woke up momentarily to being wrapped protectively in her arms. Could never feel more content.
