Morning routine [in Greece]

I'm awaken to being held in tight arms that are secured around my waist. She began to turn a bit causing me to do the same. I took a deep breath before turning around in her arms to directly face her. "Buenos días preciosa", I whispered to her whilst running my fingers down her cheek. She opened her eyes to reveal ocean-color eyes that I could get lost in for hours. "Morning, lovely", she said and kissed my nose. I giggled a bit before turn to look at the clock on the night stand.  4:35. It was normal for us to wake up at an hour which most call too early, after all we had a day full of life and wanted to live every second of it. The sunrise in Greece was perfect for early risers, yet we seemed to have beat the sun to it because it was still pitch black outside. Our curtains were open, revealing a view of the ocean and the stars, and the dazzling lights of the city below us. The neon light above our bed that said 'sunshine', the oddly loud rocking clock next to us; it all lets us know we're home.

We had managed to tangle our legs with eachother's and had our arms snaked around one another's waist. She moved in for a kiss which I happily returned. When we pulled away we realized it was time for us to start our day. We sat up and sighed before uncovering ourselves. We stepped out of bed, me naked and her in a sports bra and shorts. We walk into the bathroom and turn on the shower. Like usual, we made the water cool, because it woke us up and had many healthy benefits. As the water washed away the morning grogginess, we lathered our hair in Strawberry scented shampoo and washed our body with fresh smelling body wash. When we stepped out if the foggy shower we walked infront of our bathroom counter.

To ensure we had clear, healthy skin we formed a simple skin care routine. I hopped up onto the counter and got out the cleanser from my bag. It was a clear liquid but became white and foamy when applied correctly. I put some on my face and started rub it around while Taylor did the same. When the substance started to foam we stopped and washed it off. Then, I got out a vitamin C serum that worked great for glowy skin. I pressed the droplet on my cheek, leaving a few drops of the serum before taylor again copied. Then for the last part, moisturize. The moisturizer was in this bottle, looked like lotion, and it smelt sweet like candy. But it did infact get your skin moisturized. I left some on my hand before squirting some on Taylor's. I put it on my face before spreading it around, and I put my hand on Taylor's face spreading it around on her skin too. When we were done with the skin routine, we grabbed our toothbrushes. First we gargled mouth wash because its recommended. And the we brushed our teeth for a couple of minutes. Afterwards we brushed our hair and applied some light makeup.

We walked out of the bathroom and obt our bedroom floor. We did morning stretches so we weren't stuff before we start the day.. then when we were done we walked up to our closet. "So, what's the weather today? , I asked Taylor. "I dunno, lets ask Google. Hey Google, what the weather in Fahrenheit?", taylor asked. "71 degrees Fahrenheit, with 4% humidity", the robot answered. "Thanks", I said. "So, its not chilly, but its not super hot either", I said and chose and outfit and so did Taylor. I got dressed in mom jeans, a light green sweater vest with light green flowers on it, a few necklaces, and chose a pair of lavender and white nike high tops for later. Taylor put on a spaghetti strap floral dress and a pearl necklace, and chose a pair of white heels for later today. By now it was 5:45 and the sun still hasn't come up yet. "Hey Google, when's sunrise?", I asked to the speaker. "7:07 am", she answered. "Ok", I said back. Once we were all set for the day, we headed  down our glass railing staircase. We stopped at the 2nd floor to go into the kitchen and make breakfast.

The wide windows in one of the living rooms gave us another view of the amazing city sight. I made some type of iced coffee and waffles with syrup and butter. After eating the sun began to rise and the day was slowly being lit up.
