Like, I think she was the only artist (They talked about many other amazing artists but it was short and they didn't say much) that was talked about. That's how VITAL she is to the world. Everyone was making it seem like everything's getting bad n shit. When in reality, it's just a generation finally fighting back, finally breaking the cycle of inequity, mistreatment, and unfairness.
This year was scary, eventful, and progressive. We lost a lot of ppl [Rest in peace Betty White and many many others] and those ppl won't be forgotten, as well as gained lots of people this year. I wish nothing but the best for 2022, and we'll see where this new year takes us. And how much we'll grow <3
